Day 20 - Land swap with China [UPDATED]

Hi South Korea,

First of all I want to wish everyone HAPPY NEW YEAR and the best wishes for 2011! May all your dreams and thoughts to become reality and maybe with a little extra added! I also wish you a better E-Republik game and as few bugs, problems or downs as possible 😃

Now, back to bussiness:

1. Land swap with China

South Korea and China have agreed on a land swap in the benefit of both countries. This is why the law proposing China as Natural Enemy was proposed. South Korea will receive a cow region (Anhui) which will boost our food economy and a monthly rent while China will get 2 South Korean regions with grain and aluminium (Chungcheongnam-do and Gyeongsangnam-do).
China will also support the expenses for losing the current MPP we have with Romania and will offer South Korea military support to win the region included in the deal.

Here are the complete details of the deal:
1) China gets 1 grain and 1 aluminium region (Chungcheongnam-do and Gyeongsangnam-do)
2) Sk gets 1 cow region (Anhui) + 110 gold rent/month
3) SK loses the MPP with Romania, China pays at the start of the operation 150 gold for restoring that MPP
4) China offers military suppoort for SK in getting Anhui (as SK will be alone in fornt of China+Mpps)
5) As long as Anhui remains in SK, China pays only 110 gold/month as rent. If SK loses Anhui, China pays 220 gold/month
6) After the deal is made, the peace will be proposed
7) SK has an open war with Taiwan+2 MPPs (China+USA). In case we have problems, China helps
😎 Rent is to be payed on the 3rd of every month, for the upcoming month
9) If admins change something that is directly relevant, then we can discuss again about the terms
10) Future administration will keep the deal as it was negotiated.

2. Land-swap with Republic of China (Taiwan) reloaded

As Taiwan lost his region involved in the deal due to a RW, they were forced to declare us war again in order to retake it. This is why we are now attacked. There is no need to worry, once they will get the grain region, they will start losing. We hope we wont have major problems regarding this swap. Taking into consideration the vulnerability to RW for both states, it is possible to keep the war open as training war.

3. Second MPP on hold

Taking into consideration the deal with China, the setup of a second MPP was postponed for 1 week.

4. Fight against clones

The number of clones is increasing again in our country. We ask you to fight with all means necessary for their extinction. If you find something suspicious please report it to admins or contact the Ministery of Sanitation.
