Day 17 - New Congress

Hi South Korea,

The congress elections are over and I have to congratulate all the players that managed to get into the seat for the next month. It was a though competition and the presence was better than ever. This is one thing that makes me very happy. People started to care about their country and about the people that represent them.

I also want to congratulate the Sin-Gan Party that managed to take over 20 seats in the congress and has the majority now in parliament. Even though in different sides, I hope, as president, tobe able to work with them till the end of my term for the good sake of this country.

And now, here are a few updates regarding the state of the nation:

1) Land swap with Republic of China (Taiwan) completed.

The land swap with Taiwan has been completed. All the battles that will follow will be training wars, each time the attacker has to lose. This will happen till the peace between the nations can be made. There are some bugs in the proposing peace system, because both presidents proposed the peace, but the proposal did not become available in the other country. The same bug appeared when we made peace with Japan. Therefore, maybe a couple of days will pass till the peace will be officially made. Still, try to take advantage of this war for solving the latest quests regarding fighting in a region of our own country.

2) The second MPP is still in negotiations phase.

We have setup an MPP with Romania a few days ago, but the second one is delaying as the polish MoFa and president are still maybe occupied with the Christmas guests 🙂 Still, I hope we will solve this in the next 48 hours.

3) The South Korean Dragons, the army of South Korea has opened the chat to every Korean citizen. 4) All people that entered the congress will be sent a PM by me and invited to a chat for congressman's only. This will be the place where all the things can be discussed in a civilized way and debates could take place in real time. We may all have different opinions but a success can only be achieved trough debates.

5) It is a custom in South Korea that all the new congressman to donate 1 gold from the Treasure Map received to the national bank. This time the Bank of South Korea. It is up to you if you want to do it or not, but this can help our country.

6) Even if a donation for the old bank emptied by Grease (Bank of Seoul) has been initiated and probably the law will pass, the current administration will not stop the financing for the Army, for the Minister of Health or the expenses for MPPs. Is our duty to ensure this, even with a hostile congress.
