Back as MoMC and note to Abuzar lol

I am back as MoMC btw and will continue to work as I did before.

First, thank you everyone for your overwhelming support and kind words. Again I have to repeat ad nauseum, that I didn’t take Abuzar’s words personally at all. As a matter of fact, it was a little funny. So please don’t give him a hard time on my account because I didn’t take it personally in anyway. If you want to give him a hard time for something else, then it is your call lol.

I just felt if he knew how to do a better job, he should just take it up and do it. You see, I often take words for its literal value. We did bandy words to and fro and that is because I saw inconsistencies in his argument. I can totally decode each sentence and each article of his and point out incoherent logic. My position is that if you accuse someone of something, you should back it up by evidence. It is very unjust otherwise to step on someone just to get to the top. And I have a very, very bad habit of speaking out when such a situation occurs.

I probably should keep quiet and let people fight their own battles, but well that probably is not going to happen 😛 especially when it comes to defending friends when I see them being right lol But ah well, I will learn. So forgive me for that.

But, if you are going to attack someone, you should be prepared to bear the consequences. Obviously people are going to retaliate or take appropriate measures.


I laughed at Scorpion King’s comment though lol. And I can totally understand why he might think that way. He doesn’t know me well and not many people do. He says that it was a very opportune moment for me to quit just after announcing winners lol.

Now that is attacking my integrity and I shall NOT be accused of that. And I will tell you why…

I worked on the contest idea way before I entered into an altercation with anyone. The announcements were to be made right after the contest article expired and I did. Now I was serious about resigning and I just wanted to formally close what I had started and hence it was my responsibility to give away those prizes and settle the accounts. Despite the accusations of being irresponsible, I should think I am well quite responsible 😛

Ofcourse, I wasn’t going to quit the game for such frivolous reasons because that is just nonsensical, I would have probably looked into other things that caught my interest, like foreign affairs maybe. I have great respect for Caliph’s work and I was considering if I could ask him to take me as his deputy or something so I could learn from him.

One more reason I work on the contests is that I somewhat take selfish pleasure in it as well. You see, I want my contests to add some dimension to an otherwise perfunctory game. I would like to get mentally stimulated through creative collaboration. If I do something, work on a project etc, I would like to use my brain. I would not plagiarize material and if I do take up ideas from others, I would definitely be sure to give them the credit and also cite references.

My first contest was merely a start to better things. It was also meant to analyze people, their interests, etc. so I could come up with things that are better in quality and not be a waste of my time or yours. If I put in 5 minutes of my life into the game, I better get back things worth that 5 minutes lol My thought process is a bit whacko and I guess you will get to know me better with time. Shin knows how crazy I am 😛

And I am not a duty shirker. So, if you think I started contests and worked on it just to put some kid down, then 😛 I am not THAT silly lol.
I shall also give you my structure for allotting funds which was decided the moment I took up MoMC. I DID NOT take out the money on the day I wanted to resign lol. I guess there are witnesses to it that Shin had allotted that budget long time ago.

Total budget allotted by Shin – 10K
No of days – 25
Contests expire in – 3 days

So, 25/3 = ~8

10,000/8 = 1250

That is what each contest will offer regardless of the number of players. If there are more players, I would offset the amount through donations or I would foot it myself. If there are fewer players, I would just increase the bonus money.

I am meticulous about the budget because the way accusations fly around here; the last thing I want to be accused of is pilfering contest money XD

Scorpion King, I know you are defending him because he is of your party and now accusing me of violating some mythical code of conduct :/ I posted the words that attacked my ministry and my handling of it which was btw irrelevant to that discussion. So I just stepped aside and asked him to take up the job.

I had replied to his propaganda article that basically called almost all the members of the govt or DPP as being dangerous to the country. Did I make any accusations of that sort and that without proper evidence? And don’t forget it was incessant. Three to four articles of provocative slander, and when people defend themselves back, using it against them and misleading everyone. Three is the charm, even by brainwashing standards lol.

Now, I can copy+paste everything and also write a thesis on everything that went down. Trust me, I would use no sophistry and it would all be very factual because I can be unbearably pedantic if you want 😛 Anyway, I am letting it all go. Because this is a game and we all play in our own way to have fun 🙂
To dearest Abuzar,

Don’t quit. Keep playing. If one article of mine can make the leader of NPP quit, then at this rate, God save NPP 😛 Just kidding. Come back in champion. We all play for the country. You are funny and intelligent. We need people like you. Don’t forget that this is just a game. If you leave, who shall I argue with? 🙁
