Aurul PEACE.the gold of PEACE(from Heraldo)

Day 489, 04:29 Published in Romania Romania by oarecare

The last article in the Heraldo has had a great acceptance and has led to some questions. Whence has come the enormous amount of gold (at least about 9000 GOLD) invested by both superpowers in the battle of Western Siberia?

With regard to PEACE is a combination of money from the Indonesian coffers (as we'll see with the doubt of whether those are remnants of the historic GOLD bug, revealed about 3 months ago) and the pillaging and looting of small nations by members of Peace by the method of political takeover.

Let us go step by step.

THE INDONESIAN GOLD

The Indonesian gold lasts longer than Duracell batteries

For the noobs, let us remember that the sad episode of the gold bug consisted in that presumably PEACE members first discovered how to duplicate, at zero cost, money or items that were transferred in donations. That is, the money was donated to another player or entity, but that money (or items) was not lost: a donation back to the first donor doubled the original amount. Subsequently, this system exploit became an open secret until the information reached the Spanish IRC, provoking an explosion of the phenomenon that forced the admins to take action. The main result was a wave of bans (mostly Spanish players) that left a bitter aftertaste in many people. We had the impression that many PEACE members had survived this scandal unscathed.

Well, once situated into context, let us review the list of donations of the "Indonesian" hero in the battle of Western Siberia, Portuguese Euphonix. From these donations we see who has supplied the gold for the acquisition of the wellness packs is the Indonesian rikwandi, which acted yesterday (and some other times) as a general donor for the soldiers of PEACE. Pulling from rikwandi’s donations, we arrive at the key point of the sequence: the National Bank of Indonesia. This bank has been which has mainly distributed the gold, in recent weeks, both for the intermediate donors and directly to the tanks. The National Bank of Indonesia has been nurtured mainly from state donations (approximately a total about 9000 GOLD) and to a lesser extent from other agencies such as the Central Bank of Argentina (in this case, the donations amounted to about 490 GOLD). Looking at the list of donations from the state, we see that in the past three months the National Bank of Indonesia has given to their tanks a quantity of about 6800 GOLD (just adding roughly the amounts) and has received in donations back around 1800 GOLD. However, there is one detail that powerfully calls our attention when investigating the list of donations, it is an at the least suspicious forward and backwards donation 3 months ago to and from sandygee for the amount of 8000 GOLD! (it can be checked on page 34 in the present moment- in the donations list from the bank)

Strange donation to and from the bank of Indonesia

Do we face the big hit of the gold bug? To be fair we must say that if there is no money doubled in the transaction the accounts match with the money currently owned by the Bank (about 2200 GOLD) and the donations carried out... except that the gold would have been used in operations to imbalance monetary markets. In any case, our readers will agree that it is at least strange to give a person the huge figure of 8000 GOLD. If we also take into account that the lists of donations have a strong tendency to be not complete or to show sudden disappearances or inconsistencies (which we have observed during this investigation, there are donations that appear to the donor but not to the receiver, and vice versa), doubt is inevitable.

THE LOOTING OF SMALL COUNTRIES

Take the money and run

Pulling back on the list of grants from donor "zero", i.e. rikwandi, we find another curious fact. A donation of 200 GOLD by the Brazilian Bunaly yesterday and another 200 GOLD 4 days ago from the same player, as shown on pages 2 and 4 (at this time) of the donations list from Bunaly. From that list we can say that Bunaly has two primary sources of funding. Going back on that list to about 9 days ago, there is a donation to Bunaly of 935 GOLD (!) by the organization Bangka ng Pilipinas. This money is from the plunder of the Philippines conducted by a group of PEACE players, mainly Brazilians in front of the Nationalist People's Coalition and also of other nationalities; having gain control of the country in the last election, they made a donation of 1000 GOLD to the OR and flied back to the land of samba and girls of dangerous curves. Indeed, the Philippines right now has only two active congressmen.

After taking the money, he also went to Brazil

This Bunaly on the other hand, has another source of funding at least curious: which seems to be a network of ORs distributed around the world under the name of "Tupi". In particular, Organizacao Tupi has donated Bunaly about 9 days ago 1400 GOLD. It is also at least surprising that in general the "To" overcome significantly to the "From" in the list of donations for this OR, a seemingly inexhaustible source of gold to its owner. Is Tupi holding the most successful in Erepublik? Is there something else behind it? Romans said in dubio pro reo, we will therefore grant him (for now) the benefit of the doubt.

In any case, in conclusion we can say that interesting times lie ahead in ER. Whether the gold of PEACE comes from the remnants of the gold bug and the plundering of small nations as if gold is really clean, they are running out of it. The inevitable question is: will we see the expected decline of PEACE, or shall we attend to a new deus ex machina, so to say something "paranormal" (I guess you understand) that allow the alliance enemy of our country to continue to disburse such sums of money?
