Three idiots (one Canadian, one American, one Mexican) find a magic lamp, when they rub it a genie pops up and grants each of the idiots a wish.

The Canadian goes first and wishes that they are no longer idiots and are just normal people. A flash, a bang and a puff of smoke and the idiots are now a normal Canadian, American and Mexican

With his new found brains, the American sees terrorism around the world and people from terrorised countries trying to get into America and wishes for a wall around America to protect the nation. A flash, a bang and a puff of smoke and a wall appears surrounding the USA.

Looking at the genie the Mexican says "I'm curious, tell me about the wall compadre"

"3 Kilometres High, 300 metres thick nothing can get in or out" replies the genie

"Then my wish is you fill it with water"
