I am still awaiting the article from Ash with extensive evidence demonstrating Wayne is actively plotting against the eUK... He has become very quiet since Apples suggested any evidence should be put into an article for people to see... I'm sure it is purely down to a PC failure...

Well as I recall BigAnt had his supporters all claiming TUP were the liars and cheats and we know where that ended. We know Wayne stole money from the eUK and if you're happy with that so be it - it wasn't my money and I didn't have any monies invested, nor did I at the time BigAnt ran away.

I just hope the people who have invested have been suitably warned about the course the eUK is on so that at least private citizens funds will not be stolen.

Evidence of me stealing eUK's money please. We've been through this before, you can't provide proof of me taking a single penny for myself. Hell, I didn't even claim any of the CO's, I would claim I even paid for the tanks used myself, but in all honesty I more than likely got em from either DC, Chaz or Serf...

Neither me nor my 'cronies' as you so eloquently labeled them, are steering the good ship eUK, so whatever course is plotted, is one created by you and your gang of fags.

There is no way to provide absolute proof that you stole the money. It's physically impossible (and you know that). Similarly, it's impossible to provide absolute proof that BigAnt etc stole money.

However, with Huey's help we can show how much public funding was provided to you, and then - based on your comments etc at the time - deduce how much you spent. You refused all requests to clarify your spending at the time, but we know that what was publicly visible at the time didn't add up to the treasury money you were given. Huey - our respected, trustworthy perma-MoF - highlighted a gap of around £1 million.

Now you're back, you tell us all sorts of stuff about COs you spent, tanks you bought etc. But you didn't mention any of this at the time, and I'd suggest that the reason you're saying it now is because you know - over a year later - that it's very difficult to confirm any of it. Certainly a lot more difficult now than it would have been at the time.

Based on IRC logs we also know about loans you had to pay back. So there's a reasonable chance that the reason you took money was to pay back personal debts etc. Again, I doubt we'll ever know for sure.

The bottom line is simple - it's impossible for me to prove that you stole the money, and it's impossible for you to prove that you didn't. So it comes do to simple trust - do people think you nicked the money or not? Some (including me) think you did. Some don't. Let's leave it at that.

Just to be pedantic, but there is evidence that Big Ant stole the money - the moment he did it he wrote an article on the lines of "ha ha suckers,.I stole all the money as you wouldn't do as I demanded so clearly you don't deserve it"... Plus it was on the end of a PTO backed by some Serbian players that the community worked months trying to prevent. Unless you think Big Ant made his confession under duress, then there is (/was) concrete evidence.

As for Wayne, at the time it happened there were people making comments in response to comments that they saw COs that had been put on, (and personally I thought £40/million in Division 4 was about £10 too much)... There was a decent amount of antidotal evidence at the time. The whole, "we dismiss his comments about how the money was spend on account he is untrustworthy as evident from the fact the money is unaccounted for (unaccounted for as wayne's explanation was dismissed)... The question is how much is genuinely accounted for and not" should we assume he stole everything and any spending he made was from a different source"?

Perhaps I should have referred to independent evidence.

Realistically the only way to prove that BA nicked the money is his confession. If he hadn't confessed, we wouldn't be able to prove beyond doubt what he'd done. However, we could point to money that had gone to him, and lack of anything that shows him spending it legitimately, and then draw conclusions accordingly.

I genuinely don't recall seeing any information at the time detailing any part of Wayne's spending. I asked, repeatedly. And so did others. The silence was deafening, apart from occasional comments from Wayne telling us that - as dictator - he didn't feel the need to justify himself. Perhaps the comments you are referring to happened within DC or private messages?

In essence my point is that - in the absence of a confession - it is impossible to prove that money has been stolen. However, at the time it was possible to prove what money had been spent. I asked Wayne to do so over and over again, and he chose not to. So to come back over a year later and say that he spent it all legitimately is largely meaningless.

Believe it or not, I am open to persuasion on this. If Wayne comes up with something tangible that supports his (new) argument, and if what he comes up with is credible, I'll stop accusing him of stealing UK funds.
