Well before I start, let me tell you that two things on my MoMC checklist got checked.
1. Newspaper media is active. This week we had many articles and it tipped over to two pages yay!
2. Skype group is up and active. Add ----> foxy.lynx and you will be added to the Erepublik lounge. Everyone will be added except for serial killers and stalkers. So Muz keep out

Set up a series of quests that have to be solved in pairs of citizens (one young & one new). To participate they'd have to find a partner that is not usually in their group of friends (the requirement will be met when a unbiased party/ arbitrator says so). Of course hefty prizes would be needed to encourage particpation. And a petty amount can be paid by each participant to contribute to the overall Grand Prize.
The quests themselves could be based upon the game & its politics etc...they can be compiled by the Ministers together.

forums are the best way for interaction....every political party ,every MU should encourage their players to join forums...an effective supply system should be developed on forums... IRC is also a good channel but it has limitations...it can be used in real time...while forums provide us the facility for offline/online discussions.
Q:How can we improve the interaction between players?
A:Hmm, By dedicating songs to them : p By Giving opportunity to become a president of ePakistan for one day : D By this way, everyone rush towards it. o_o Or By Starting content in forum too ; p
We can gain interaction by guiding the new bies in game..
We have to make a team which has to work under some ministry and their work is to guie new players about this game that they know about this game and they will attract towards this game and then they will automatically participate in these activities such as quiz competitions, political and miltary ..
Articles is also a good job for interaction...
For Discussion Forums and IRC is best choice 🙂

Well where I played there we made some chat box and guide them.So a Skype chat room or FB Group will be work .
Usually many people don't have Skype so FB Group.
for Question 2 and 3: make equal teams of say 3 or 4 players (equal in damage they can do) and give see whichever team does the most damage in a day. also you can hold various competitions like this one in which the teams would have to work together to finish them for example essay competition or quizzes etc..
