Residence



Since day 3.468, we are able to set our residence in one of the many cities if the world. In order to establish a residence, you need to be located in the city the residency is supposed to be established and pay a one-time residential tax (100PKR) and property tax ( 1% - for active houses).

Upon becoming a resident, you will be eligible for local bonuses.



City bonus - bonus for house durability
House bonus - bonus for energy and energy pool
Central Park bonus - another bonus for energy and energy pool

However, you only receive these bonuses as long as you are in the city where you have established your residence. If you travel to another place, the energy regeneration bonus expires immediately and the energy pool bonus expires after 30min.

You can move to another city at any time, but you will have to pay for the corresponding costs again. Note that once you become a resident of any city you will never be able to have no residency.

Furthermore, your residence does not have to be established in the country where you have your citizenship.

However, it is advisable to have the residence in a non-contested place in your own country, so that you always have your energy bonuses available and can complete the Daily Order of your military unit without having to travel around that much!
