for explanation, we were waiting one region and all of our mu's were in side dictator. No need to wait a foreigner dictator. The strategy, just one army was opened in the side democracy or without MU, only ebelgian citizen could have a BH in those side 😁

Maybe it was selfish, but we wanted to prove to plato that is a stupid rule. The dictator was in congress debates.

No explanation needed. The surprising thing was how quiet the world was, and the only place that seemed remotely active was Belgium, which came as something as a shock to me! 🙂

I wholeheartedly agree - the dictatorship module isn't even funny any more. An ill-thought out and badly implemented module made mostly just for a money sink...
