【jw】 Cabinet and final statement

Day 3,728, 21:54 Published in United Kingdom France by Hell The Great

This is the fourth article I've released outlining what I hope to achieve next month. You can view my previous articles here:
1: Announcement, 2: Domestics and 3: The masterplan
.

The final article I'm releasing outlining my plans, is an overview of cabinet, as well as the expectations I'll be having of the ministers I've chosen for each department. I'd like to thank them for accepting my invitation to join my cabinet, and also go on record as stating that only 1 person from PUP came forward to help this month. I got another PUP'er to contribute, and I actively approached my four key ministers myself. People agreeing or disagreeing with what I want to do is fine: engagement and activity is something that I encourage whether it's for or against me - but something is missing when only one person offers any help at all. As a PUP candidate, I expected more PUP players to come forward and pick up the slack, but the habits of people to only offer to help candidates from their own party is going to bite us in the dick one day. For one final time, the more people I have doing stuff, the quicker we can get things done, and the better the next month will be. So if you can spare a couple of minutes a day helping out, message me. There's spaces in all ministries, help and support and guidance on offer, and I'll let you pick your own title so long as you actually do stuff. I don't know how much fairer I can be.

dat cabinet tho

Minister of Finance: Huey George.
Thankfully, Huey gracefully agreed to continue in his role. As one of the longest serving ministers in the history of the UK, I am of course grateful for his experience and input. To ensure that we have ample cover when they day Huey gracefully retires, I've asked Huey to not only cover his existing workload, but also take on a couple of assistants this month. Hopefully a reduced workload will keep him fresh and on the ball in all MoF related duties, whilst preparing a new generation of blood to pick up the slack at some point in the future. There was a reduced amount of reports this month, but as we engage in more spending to try to ramp up activity, I'll be tasking the MoF with reporting at least once a week on our income and expenditure.

Minister of FUN: Mr Woldy.
Woldy has spent a ton of time preparing a Plato proposal for me this month, and graciously accepted my invitation to continue this work, as well as other related activities focused on trying to drum up some mischief in the UK. Woldy will have free reign, as King and Minister of Fun to do as he pleases, and we'll be splashing not just cash, but also hours of Government time to try and kick up a splash in the UK. Whilst my goal is to increase our damage, any excuse people have to login, is an additional time they have to fight: so whilst I didn't go into details in relation to FUN and Home Affairs: I did this mainly to avoid limiting what Woldy can, and will do.

Minister of Forigs: AMD.
Whilst he is renowned for being p awful, this month I see not just as a redemption for myself: but also for AMD. As soon as UKs Finest resigned last month, he was the first, and one of the few, to come forward and offer help: I'll be pushing him to continue the activity I've managed to keep up in relation to Forigs and Foreign Affairs, but also constantly remininding him that the goal of this ministry is not just to speak to people: but to offer corridors to understanding. Whilst it's usually dull business, people do tend to find things interesting, so I'll be tasking the ministry with releasing an article at least every 3 days. I'm glad that my TOTP series has gone down so well, and I'll be asking AMD to create a similar series based on a different topic. Other articles, such as war analysis or country history's will also be included, at AMD's preference.

Minister of War: Dave Trenga.
I asked Dave to continue as MoD mainly because he has put in a huge amount of effort in building up interest in a non-government funded supply scheme. As well as that, there's a ton of interesting thing going down in the MoD next month, so I hope that continuity will allow us to hit the ground running in relation to the new policies we will have. As well as overseeing orders, MU communication and mobile forces, Dave will also be responsible for keeping tracks on our Weapons stocks, and of course overseeing his supply scheme. As the workload has built up, I've got two people to help Dave in this, and together I'm sure that we'll be able to ensure we have up to date orders, articles always in the top 5, and more communication and co-operation with all MUs. If Dave has the time, I'll also be hoping to sit down with him and go over the structures used in the supply scheme, with the aim of using them as a blueprint for the future creation of other non-government MUs: basically creating an FAQ for how to create a structure to supply people.

Minister of Baww: Wanker.
People react best when they're challenge😛 and having someone moan about things all the time is one of the most motivating things for a President. To have a constant flux of questions, complaints or bemoanings is definitely something that's allowed me to add fuel to the fire and keep things ticking over in the past: alas he who shall not be named has long since departed the sacred 313. Thus, I would like to ask Wayne to take up his place as resident longbawwwwwwww 2.0. In the past we've had meta that was used by Government to try and kick people into a frenzy: I think the best meta is anti-Government meta. So, over the course of the month, I'll be not just leading my team of cabinet members, but also hopefully responding to constant criticism and complaints from our resident bawww to make sure that we have both sides of an argument that people can relate to, and engage with. As such activity will come almost naturally to our eNigel, I look forward to having to comment on, and respond to, at least 2 of these articles before things get boring. But, the more he complaints, the more I'll respond.

To summarize, I think that not only am I the only person who actually wants to be CP this month, I'm also the only one who's actually bothered to put in the time and effort to offer a way forward. I'm glad that people have come forward and supporte😛 but also equally thankful for people who say what I'm hoping to do won't work: to have plurality and discourse is the best way to find a suitable middle groun😛 (AKA: the more they complain, the harder I'll work to prove them wrong.
