[eTDM] Actually we able to pay you a salary! [updated]

eTDM unit's soldiers who work in my-gov company can get those standard pay like normal citizens. I think higher than job market offer. How?



I do a simple calculation about excess weapon that can be sell at market or black market (of course to our allies only).

Its using your 'productivity divided by 6' as a base to determine your pay both in weapon and iron (it seems not fair for those who work in weapon because its minus 5 health, we will cover that later.)

example:
(your overall productivity divided by 6)/50 = Z value

this z,

Z x (0.07G) = Your salary in gold

where "0.07" gold is the optimum profit i can give.

Important

-You can choose either gold or MYR as your salary.

-Salary will be made by donation as we can't give it to you everyday because of market inconsistency, so you will work at minimum wage.

-We pay your salary weekly, this mean, overall productivity means in a week! Not just one day.

Problem

-We need to move out all soldiers to work in those companies (i've sent those Military Order.Mail to you guys). Only few just move in and apply the job.

-Still no budget from eMalaysia goverment. So i calculate this, while you can still have those 'free supplied Q5 weapon and Food'.

-Calculation about your supplied weapon in food still on hold, we need to run this simulation first 🙁

Fights

-Obey the order of our chief commander and commander about official fight. Don't use those supplied weapon and food to fight personal battle.

-You can still fight in other battles but on your own accord,gold and money!! Don't use supplied weapon and food eTDM give you.

Daily Foods

-Every soldiers will get 6 Health food in iron company and 10 Health food in Q5 weapon company.

-You will get daily or weekly, so don't use these food for personal reason. It is for work 🙂
