[Czech MoFA] TW agreement: Canada and Czech Republic

Dear Citizens of Canada and Czech Republic

We are thrilled to tell you that Czech Republic and Canada have agreed to a Training War (TW).
Our respective Congresses have given their consentment to go on with the negotiations.

These are the main terms of our agreement:

Starting movements for the TW
-Czech Republic will move to Canadian cores by an Airstrike
-Initially, Czech Republic assumes the cost of the Airstrike. Canadian government has communicated this with regards to the airstrike cost, if something happens that should cause the Training War to have to end within the 2 weeks, the Canadian CP will personally cover the cost of the airstrike. If between 2 weeks and 1 month, Canadian CP will cover half the cost. Otherwise the cost will be borne by Czech Republic in full.

Military development of the TW:
*Czech Republic will land in British Columbia region
*The ping pong will be in Yukon region
*Generally who attacks must lose (any emergent changes will be discussed in private channels and communicated properly to our respective citizens)
*The Czech Republic can’t attack any other country from its strategic positions in Canada unless it is agreed by both parties (for entertainment agreement or defensive strategy)
*Each country respects the respective medals, but are authorized to intervene in order to keep the walls on the right winning side.
*These terms don’t apply for a real war. In case that happens for any circumstances the terms will be discussed again to reconsider the TW agreement.

Communication lines and general procedures of the TW:
*The TW will end when any part informs OFFICIALLY that stops (ingame message, Telegram message, or in the communication channel set for our TW)
*In case that a new Plato’s tournament or event is suddenly opened and could jeopardize the correct development of the TW, both parties are allowed to stop the TW for a while, informing the other side through agreed channels.

Economic Development of the TW:
*Czech Republic will give back to Canadian government the Taxes gained in Canadian regions, (cities subsidies are not included)
*Czech Republic will donate the taxes to the private account of the Canadian CP in office or to the treasury for AS (Canadian government will inform what chooses for the better)
