Estimados portugueses,

Através do seguinte documento, os Governos das nações de Portugal, Eslovénia e Venezuela decretam um Acordo de Training War entre Portugal e Venezuela, e o Arrendamento de regiões Venezuelanas com a Eslovénia, regulando os termos e as condições deste acordo multilateral, de maneira a que civilidade e ordem sejam mantidas num espírito de amizade e entreajuda entre as nossas três nações.

Artigo 1
A Training War entre Portugal e a Venezuela irá funcionar da seguinte forma:

“Venezuelan Capital” e “Central Venezuela” estão fora da TW;

---

A Venezuela deverá ter 4 regiões para a eleição do Congresso;

---

Portugal deverá pagar, a cada dia 7 de cada mês, 90% do total de impostos da região e 25k CC pelo aluguer de Guayana, Llanos e Central Western Venezuela

---

Artigo 1.1

---

Em caso de necessidade, a Venezuela poderá requisitar a Portugal a colocação de Ordens de Combate (CO) nas RW Battles pela Venezuela. Nesse caso, o valor gasto em CC será deduzido ao valor mensal a pagar por Portugal.

Artigo 1.2

---

Em relação a logísticas de Batalha, a Training War irá funcionar da seguinte maneira:

Portugal ganhará Batalhas Diretas (MPP);

---

Venezuela ganhará as batalhas RW;

---

RWs indesejadas deverão ser ganhas por Portugal;

---

Para maximizar o bónus de Recursos, “North Eastern Venezuela” e “Zulian” deverão ser as localizações preferenciais para a localização de Batalhas RW.

---

Zulian, North Eastern Venezuela e Venezuelan Andean deverão servir como campo de batalha, com a excepção da necessidade de mudança.

---

Artigo Especial 1.2.1

---

A qualquer altura, a Venezuela poderá pedir a mudança das regiões de batalha, desde que uma dessas regiões afete o caminho para a capital de Portugal.

Artigo 1.3

---

Em caso de medidas urgentes por parte de um lados envolvidos, quaisquer alterações súbitas na regular iteração da Training War deverá ser comunicada assim que possível ao outro lado envolvido.

Artigo 1.4

---

Não irá haver qualquer renegociação dos valores acordados (renda e impostos) por três meses após a publicação do artigo.


Artigo 2
A Eslovénia terá posse da região “Venezuelan Capital”, com pagamento fixo de compensação, no valor de 330k CC, a ser pago no terceiro dia de cada mês.

Artigo 2.1

Uma vez por mês, a Eslovénia irá fazer reset à determinação da região, utilizando a lei de Natural Enemy contra a Venezuela, conquistando “Central Venezuela”, e libertando e reconquistando “Venezuelan Capital” de seguida, fechando o NE. Após o fecho da lei, “Central Venezuela” será libertada.

Artigo 2.2

A Eslovénia acorda em não interferir na Training War entre Portugal e a Venezuela.

Artigo 2.3

---

Em caso de necessidade da alteração do normal funcionamento do Acordo de Arrendamento, todos os lados envolvidos deverão ser alertados assim que possível.

Artigo 3
Todos os meses, os governos de Portugal, Eslovénia e Venezuela deverão abrir canais de comunicação diretos entre si, de forma a ajudar numa melhor dinâmica e eficiência no Acordo.

Artigo 4
O atual acordo é válido por um mês e automaticamente revalidado a cada dia 8.

Artigo 4.1

A qualquer altura, qualquer um dos governos poderá pedir revisão e reapreciação do Acordo, que deverá ser aprovado por todos os envolvidos.

Artigo 4.2

---

Se algum dos lados envolvidos desejar o cancelamento do Acordo, deverá informar os outros envolvidos no dia 7 de cada mês, e o acordo será unilateralmente cancelado.

Artigo 4.3

---

Venezuela poderá requisitar aos “países inquilinos” o uso temporário de certas regiões que poderão ser do seu interesse nacional, tais como a declaração de NE, Declaração de Guerra, ou qualquer outra lei que necessite de ser declarada.

Artigo 5
Todos os envolvidos concordam em não quebrar o Acordo.

Artigo 5.1

Em caso de quebra do Acordo por parte de qualquer dos lados envolvidos, os restantes poderão revogar a sua parte do acordo e aplicar as sanções que acharem adequadas.

Artigo 6
A versão em Inglês deste Acordo é a única versão válida em caso de desentendimentos ou dúvidas.

Renting and Training War Agreement
Between Portugal, Slovenia, Venezuela

Through this following document, the Governments of the the nations of Portugal, Slovenia and Venezuela issue an Agreement of Training War between Portugal and Venezuela and Renting of Venezuelan regions with Slovenia, regulating the terms and conditions of this multilateral Agreement, so that civility and order may be maintained in a spirit of friendship and help between our three nations.

Article 1
The Training War between Portugal and Venezuela will work in the following manner:
”Venezuelan Capital” and “Central Venezuela” are out of the Training War;
Venezuela shall have 4 Regions for Congress Election;
Portugal shall pay, every month’s 7th, 90% of the Tax Income of the occupied regions and 25k CC for the renting of Guayana, Llanos, Central Western Venezuela;

Article 1.1
In case of necessity, Venezuela may ask for Portugal to place Combat Orders on the RW battles for Venezuela. In that case, the spent CC will be deducted from the value to be paid monthly by Portugal.

Article 1.2
Regarding the Battle Logistics, the Training War will function in the following manner:
- Portugal shall win MPP battles;
- Venezuela shall win RW battles;
- Unwanted RW Battles shall be won by Portugal;
- For maximization of Resource Bonuses, “North Eastern Venezuela” and “Zulian” shall be the preferential location of the RW Battles.
- Zulian, North Eastern Venezuela and Venezuelan Andean shall serve as the TW battleground unless there is reason to change it.

Special Article 1.2.1
At any point in time, Venezuela might ask to change the regions of the Training War, as long as if only one of the regions affects the path to Portugal’s capital.

Article 1.3
In case of urgent matters by any of the parties involved, any sudden alterations on the normal iteration of the Training War shall be communicated as soon as possible to the other party involved.

Article 1.4
There will be no renegotiation of the amounts agreed (rent and tax percentage) for 3 months after the publishing of this agreement.


Article 2
Slovenia will have possession of “Venezuelan Capital” region, with fix compensation payment for Venezuela, with the value of 330k CC, to be paid every month’s 3rd.

Article 2.1
Once per month, Slovenia will reset the region’s determination, by using NE law against Venezuela, conquering “Central Venezuela” region, releasing “Venezuelan Capital” afterwards and reconquering “Venezuelan Capital”, closing the Natural Enemy. Afterwards, “Central Venezuela” is released.

Article 2.2
Slovenia agrees not to interfere in the Training War between Portugal and Venezuela.

Article 2.3
In case of the necessity of the alteration of the normal functioning of the Renting Deal, all parties involved must be informed as soon as possible.


Article 3
Every month, the Governments of Portugal, Slovenia and Venezuela shall open direct communication with each other, in order to help in better dynamic and efficiency in the Agreement.


Article 4
The current agreement is valid for one month at a time and automatically renewed every month’s 8th.

Article 4.1
At any given time, any of the Governments may request review and re-appreciation of the Agreement, which must be approved by all the parties involved.

Article 4.2
If one of the parties wishes to cancel out the agreement, it must inform the other parties on the 7th of each month and the agreement will be unilaterally cancelled.

Article 4.3
Venezuela may request from the tenant countries the temporary use of certain regions that are of national interest for the declaration of NE, DoW or any other law that needs to be declared.


Article 5
All the parties involved agree not to break the Agreement.

Article 5.1
In case of breaking of the deal by any of the parties involved, the remaining parties may revoke the others part of the Agreement and apply whichever sanctions feel adequate.


Article 6
The English version of this Agreement is the only valid version in case of disagreements or uncertainties.
