Министерством Снабжения объявляется конкурс на поставку вооружения для армии.
Для участия в конкурсе приглашаются любые компании.

Условия проведения конкурса:
1. Каждый участник выставляет в данной теме свою заявку, в которой указывает:
- минимальную цену в рублях, по которой он согласен продавать своё оружие для армии.
- Качество оружия. (максимум 3)
- Контакт управляющего компании для связи по вопросам закупки.
- может ли вооружение храниться на складе до востребования

2. Если участник готов поставить 100% товара, то они оплачиваются сразу.

Если участник готов произвести товар за определнное время, то оплата производится в два этапа. 30% выплачивается сразу же, 70% по исполнению заказа.

Весь объем заказа участник хранит у себя на складах до востребования.

3. Оплата производится только в рублях.

4. В случае одинаковой цены у участников тендера, заказ распределяется поровну, но не более чем 3 компаниям.

5. Участник имеет право в любой момент менять свою заявку.

6. Министерство снабжения имеет право в любой момент менять условия данного конкурса.

A competition of supplying the army has been announced by the Ministry of Supply.
This competition is open for all companies.
Competition rules and regulations
1. Every participant announces in this thread his claim in which he indicates:

- How to contact the manager of the company for question concerning the sale
- is it possible for the armament to be stored until there’s a need for it

2. When the participant is willing to place 100% of his goods, they’re paid for immediately.
When the participant is willing to produce the goods in a set amount of time, the payment will be done in two terms. 30% on forehand and 70% at the completion of the transaction. The participant keeps the entire order in store until it is requested.

3. All payments will be in rubles.

4. In the case of identical prices, orders will be split equally. But no more than 3 companies can participate.

5. The participant has the right to change his claim at any given time.

6. The Ministry of Supply has the right to change the conditions of the competition at any given time.
