[1740] EDEN Counterattack [EN]

Ok, This is my very first newspaper so don't be a dick if is not really good. I promise the next ones will be better.

In the next few days we saw how EDEN stopped their invaders and turned the war upside down, specially Portugal and Argentina. The main reason this happened was the invasion of Canada by Poland, therefore, a significant amount of damaged was inverted in Canada instead of being used to help Spain and Bulgaria.


PORTUGAL:
In the battle of Alentejo, Portugal, could defeat Spain, after that battle Spain also lost Norte (20% bonus by Aluminum) via RW. By the next day, Portugal had an easy win in Centro, and now is attacking Guayana, but Spain is beating Portugal 17-5, in what could be the turning point of this war.


ARGENTINA:
After winning the RW in Argentine Northwest and in Mesopotamia, Argentina changed the situation from what could seem a sweep to an absolute win over Bulgary. After they declared a NE to Paraguay they chose to attack them in order to make sure they'll have congress for September. Even tough they lost, the 2 victories vs Bulgaria gave them a breath. Nowadays Argentina has the lead in the war versus both Paraguay and Bulgaria. Chile is about to declare them NE. How will this affect the war? Only time can tell, but seems like Argentina will have too many Battles open at the same time.
