Hello, citizens of e-Belgium.
This is the third article of my series of articles on what a military unit (MU) is and how they work.
Today’s article is about the second commander.
What is a second commander
A second commander is one of the highest members of a MU. They are just under a commander which is the highest. And the lowest rank you can be to be a second commander is a commander.
And just like the commander, there are two ways of telling if a player is a commander. Which are.
1-Look at the profile of a player.
2-Look at the chain of command.
Unlike a commander, there is only one way of becoming a second commander. The only way is for the commander to appoint you as one.
The maximin amount of second commanders is two.
What can a second commander do
As the second-highest role of a MU, they can do a good amount of changes in a MU.
1-Change the daily order (DO).
Note: The battle priorities can only be changed by the commander.
2-Move members to different regiments and kick members from the MU.

What on earth is your problem? If you want I have back and forward messages with that account from when I was helping him get started in the game.
