Smells like imperialism – ePoland in eSlovakia

Dear citizens of ePoland,

as we all know, on the 12th of November, 2009, the great and glorious army of ePoland defeated the weak and and miserable troops of eHungary in the ePoland-eHungary war, and conquered Central Slovakia by its own ingeniousity. Now ePoland, hero of justice and defender of the oppressed can tell that she is the only EDEN memberstate with a foreign territory and what is more, an original region of eSlovakia, a so-called „neutral” country, friend of ePoland. Other regions of eSlovakia are under the control of eHungary, incarnation of the Evil and Imperialism.

Fortunately, poor eSlovaks can be free again, a resistance war started in Central Slovakia. Now you have the chance to give back freedom to them by liberating a region of their country and in this way you won’t be such opressors as eHungarians.

Wait a minute... Oh, no! All ePolish are fighting for defenders! What will poor eSlovaks do if not only their enemies but also their friends fight against them? Hmmm... I’m afraid you have tasted the flavour of Power, the flavour of so-called Imperialism. What do you think about it? It seems you like it very much. No worries. I can tell you, if you ever tasted it, you will be always longing for it.

After you have come through the first ordeal, it is high time to make something monumental. You should step over your fears and create your own history, a greater history than you have up to now in eRepublik. In the 16th century, Poland was one of the greatest and strongest country of the Old World. ERepublik is a place where you can restore it. You may ask: why? Then I shall ask: why not? The future of ePoland is in your hands.

As for imperialism, of course, I was just kidding. In a strategy game, based on war, no one can blame you for attacking a country. Who wants to be bored to death? You only have to play fairly. Have fun and respect your opponents.
