I will try to place every country in either winner, loser or madmen. Winners were every one with 2 resources placed and a solid queue. Losers 1 resource placed or disastrous queue. Mad Men disastrous placement, mad queues and CP just damn right out to hurt the countries their leading cough cough Serbia cough cough.

3 resources placed no fireworks. Cattle and fruits can be removed from the queue but dont think it will be duplicated. however why risk it.They are going for any resource out there.

1 resource placed. Queue looks good but mixed bag also going for anything they can grab. With madmen and countries done. They can still do it.
