Real Life v Plato

Day 4,602, 14:51 Published in Ireland Ireland by Releasethe Krakken

So if you havent read the latest updates yet. We will now paying 10cc every 100 kilometer wherever one travel.

How will this effect players.

Warfare

Lets take an example. Say I want to compete in a battle in the USA.

That is 6000 kilometres away.

So 600 cc or 1 gold. and 600cc back.

So long distance bh will now earn a player at most 3 gold.

But we can expect Plato to load the weekly challenge with moving tickets to keep tanks happy.

But if a player fight in multiple battles a day and dont get a bh in each he might run out of money soon.

Economy

Well if your holding company is in the USA you will have to fork out 600cc to travel to the USA. And 600 to travel back

But now the problem becomes returning to your residence to keep your energy at an optimum level.

If you travel back it is another 600 gold.

So from the bat each travel will cost you 1200 cc .

And long distance travel will require you to hang around in an area before you can return to your residence.

Lets take an example

We are already paying 10 cc per wam for work tax.

So if you have a 150 factory holding company that produces q1 food.

You produce 30000 Q1 food or so

minus 3000 if your lucky some places you now pay 18 cc

lets put therefore a range of 10 to 20

Work Tax = 3000 - 6000
Travel = 600

Income = 30000 x 0.40 = 12000

Profit between 8400 to 5400

probably what one would want to do now is build up your energy to full + full buffer. Then travel spend it all and return to sleep.

No doubt travel restrictions will unfortunately massively impact activity as player will not travel work to zero and return to sleep.

I dont think it is that steep but it is already a struggle to buy any packs using game cash this will now just make it 10% more difficult .

The real life argument is bull.

In real life if I have a holding company in the USA i dont need to travel there for it to operate.

This just shows that plato sees it as a war game only .

perhaps to show him that the other modules should also be considered we should boycott the markets for a few weeks and not sell our produce.

A lot of tanks have factories and would still be able to fight but let them waste their energy .
