Q4 And Q5 Housing Companies -- Worth The Upgrade?

Day 2,541, 01:39 Published in Canada Hungary by Kippers

The cheapest Q4 house in the market is sold in Poland, at ~2,800 currency.

Using Canada's housing bonus of 60%, it takes about 2,085 currency to produce a Q4 housing unit.

It takes 8,000 house raws to produce a Q4. At 0.12 currency per raw on the
market, that turns out to be 960 currency altogether.

At the current wage of 45 currency along with the 4% production per employee, it takes 25 workers, or 1,125 currency in wages to produce a Q4.

You can make a profit of 715 currency, or about 3.5 gold for every Q4 housing unit sold. Since you can only have 5 employees working at once, that's about 3.5 gold every 5.5 days.

Of course, that's not factoring in employees who work overtime, nor does it include you working overseas in countries where there are 100% housing bonuses, maximizing your profit margins.

As for the newer Q5 houses, it's still far too early to see how much of a profit you can make, as the prices are fluctuating wildly from country to country.

Another thing to consider is whether people are buying Q4s are their current prices. I'd expect the prices to drop, as the prices currently is priced too far out of range from the average user, who will opt to buy Q1+Q2+Q3 at a cheaper combined price (~1,600 currency), while yielding 80 more health than a Q4 can provide.

All in all, if you have gold lying around, it's worth the investment. The prices of Q4 houses might drop, but you'll still make a pretty penny depending on how quickly you act.

If I'm not too lazy I might make a series for new players to earn gold quickly in this game that's different from the usual "invest in training centres".
