Once Upon A Time In Airborne

I had just returned from a long weekend of R&R at a resort the eUSA Marines (mainly Krimie) recommended to me.

Luckily there was another, more appropriate place just down the road. I walked back in the barracks and was immediately run over by a Scot in a kilt riding a sheep. After composing myself I stood up just in time to see Leroy Combs leaving to fight in a battle.

After staring in awe I turned to see someone in a Star Trek uniform who informed me he just spent the last few months traveling around space. I did a double take when I realized the uniform was once worn by Lt. Uhura. I took one step in an effort to turn around an was immediately met with a broom to the chest. Luckily I was only dazed (due to her advanced age) but became confused when I thought I heard the vocal styling of Billy Idol. Turns out, it was only Darcy. I continued walking and found this guy just sitting there smoking a funny cigarette.

This wasn't anything new but a new recruit asked me about him. I explained that he just sits there and rarely speaks. Unable to remember his real name I rattled off a number of his aliases, Gabe, Dreamer, Zoli,Squall,etc. Feeling nostalgic I decided to walk through the Airborne Hall of Fame. The building was littered with items like Max's grill, Spartans ten gallon hat and Texas flag speedo, Chubbzilla's sheep saddle, Cyberwitch's broom, Bia's whip and a portrait to the great Andy Dufresne.
