zato evo članka i obećanog mesa... 😉

Dakle recept
po hrvatski

uzmeš patku i ispečeš ju. 🙂

Wash and dry the duck. cca 2,69 kg
Salt it and massage it with sunflower oil.
Stuff the apple's middle with 2 table spoons of honey.
Stuff the duck with honeyed apples, pour 2 dcl of oil inside the duck also.
Add pich of salt. Secure with "safety pins" 😃

Place the duck in the baking dish, but not directly on the bottom,
place a baking grill beneath. Add 2-3dcl of water also.
Close the lid and bake it on 200 C' ( or 220 depends of your "furnace" )
for an hour (or 45min), then open it and tip upside down and bake it opened another 20-30 minutes. Add water when needed......
You'll see when it's done...

Chop it, eat it.. Enjoy 😘

And drink the wine
