There was a car factory in Moscow.
It was opened in 1930 and for the first 3 years Ford-A and Ford-AA trucks were assembled there.
During the Cold War, they continued, but in different ways, until the factory closed in 2010.

Due to 24.02.2022 there are sanctions in the Russian Federation and all self-respecting foreign companies are leaving the country. The government decides it can start domestic production and... starts assembling Chinese cars (JAC Motors). The result is deplorable - a higher price for a Chinese car with a Russian inscription and few buyers.
