Andy Dufresne for Congress
Andy Dufresne
Hello, my name is Andy Dufresne and I am running for Congress in the state of Missouri.
I have spent my time as a career member of the eUS military, spending time in the Mobile Infantry and the Airborne. I am currently the platoon commanding officer of the 82 Division, First Platoon.
I am running as a member of the United States Defense Party. If elected I hope to achieve a better relationship between the government and military. I will use my time in Congress to make the eUS the best country possible and eliminate unnecessary arguments. Our goal as a country should be to fight our enemies, not each other.
My goals include:
- Bridging the gap between the military and government
- Cutting frivolous spending
- Bringing taxes to a reasonable level
- Supplying the groups (military/militia) that defend this country (after all, the game is war based)
- Increasing player retention and support baby boom efforts
- Making the eUS the most dominant country in the world
I ask all the voters in Missouri to take a hard look at the elections. Don't vote in the old guard based solely on name recognition. Feel free to PM me with any questions, concerns or critics.
See you on the 25th!
- Andy Dufresne

Good luck, Andy. I am also running in Missouri. It is a shame that both you and I cannot both be elected to the same region. What party are you running under and who decided to run you against me?
A couple of questions, however...
1. What is frivelous spending? Surely you don't mean spending on the military and militia groups, so I was wondering what you meant by that. I sure hope you don't mean cutting spending on the newcomer assistance programs such as Meal on Wheels and other Department of Interior programs.
2. What do you define as a reasonable tax level? I sure hope. LOWERING taxes aren't what you have in mind. As a matter of fact, some of the eUSA's best economic minds want to raise some taxes to deal with the poor market value of the USD. I honestly would rather ONLY see more import taxes to combat our devalued dollar.
3. What plans do you have to help improve player retention and what will you do for the baby booms? I plan to seek more DoI funding to bring back The Salvation Army, which gives new eAmericans much needed education and a chance at a job that serves the eUSA instead of some greedy capitalist businessman. This will help the new eAmerican better their skills (a type of Job Corp, if you will) which can lead to a better job in the future. What do you have planned?
4. Who is the "Old Guard" anyway? Surely you don't mean me.
Anyway, best of luck. If you win, I hope you do as much as you say you will do. Stay great and God Bless the eUSA!

eUSA Congressman (MO-SFP)
I'm running under the United States Defense Party and endorsed by the Feds.
1. Meals on Wheel and Interior programs are vital player retention. I have used frivolous
spending as a general term as I have not fully engrossed myself in the budget.
2. Keeping taxes at a level that allows the needs to be met. While I won't admit to having much of an economic mind, people don't like to be overtaxed.
3. Maintaining funding to programs like Meals on Wheels, promoting the Training Corp educating new players so they don't find themselves at 10 wellness after 15 minutes of signing up.
4. Fill in the blank with your own definition of the "old guard".
Sounds good. Best of luck.
