As a duly elected member of Congress, it is my duty to vote on proposals according to India's goals.
If a proposal comes up and I agree that the proposal is good for India. I will vote to pass it.
If a proposal comes up and I agree that the proposal is bad for India. I will vote against it.
Now imagine my shock when I see that a proposal has been put up to impeach our president...
Those of you who know me from my previous runs in eRepublik know that I take these votes extremely seriously. The appointment of a Country President is a serious occasion and a vote to oust an elected President needs to be treated just as, if not more, seriously.
There have been a few times in my past where I have railed against people who created 'joke' impeachment votes. Fewer things make me angrier in eRepublik than an unjustified proposal to impeach.
Unfortunately, this time around... I have voted to accept the proposal and cast my vote to impeach current CP Witty.
I will not be posting screenshots from India's private discord. People of India, you can (unless someone has been on a deleting spree) search in our discord for yourself.
Earlier on in the term (wow it feels like ages) our CP was having difficulties organising people to act according to India's goals during the resource wars. Rather than cracking the whip a little and educating people in a reasonable manner (as to why what they were doing was wrong). Witty flew off the handle.
However, to his credit. Witty remained in the discord and after he cooled down, handled himself with some measure of dignity. For me Witty was on a net negative in terms of standing but the show of maturity was JUST enough for me to not put up an impeachment vote of my own.
So you can see how seriously I was judging Witty back then just a week (maybe even 2 weeks ago).
And on Day 4730, Witty had more struggles with people which resulted in a similar pacifier spit to which a rage quit from the discord immediately followed.
So I voted to impeach for the following reasons:
(1) A CP who willingly leaves a major form of communication for Indians can not serve their country properly.
(2) A 'my way or the highway' CP can never work. Witty has been too stubborn in discussions and has displayed too often an unwillingness to compromise.
(3) Witty's attitude is rather poor. I can appreciate the stress he is under but that does not excuse lashing out or rage quitting the Indian discord.
So for the lack of professionalism as described above, I feel it is best for the Indian Congress to vote to impeach.
I'm sorry Witty. I like you as a person but I'm afraid this time around you have shown yourself to be unfit for office.

I want to say a lot of things but from Witty's perspective, I think he was in a "the win is ours, the loss is yours" situation. I am not in a position to blame him so I will not. I am not in a position to defend him, so I will not.
I hope most people realise that they are also in the same situation as me, and not start blaming anyone and everyone they see.
The records show I voted against the impeachment, because I prefer stability over all else, and kicking a CP is the worst way to do it. The only time I voted for the impeachment, I accepted the tole of CP for the rest of the term (and incidentally the next twrm as well). Since I can not do that now, I cannot vote against him.
Respectfully I have to say that a CP that acts in this manner is most certainly not ideal for stability.
Perhaps. But since I can't take the role of CP, I don't think I should expect him to vacate it.
A CP is one who should listen to everybody’s opinion, even if CP doesn’t follow our suggestion it’s fine, but not listening at first place is so sad.

I valued everyone's suggestions from the start of the term to the end. Any of the decisions I made was created a poll in govt.
Yes I told you India can't get Titanium without me. But I did help behind the scenes to help India get it. Can you tell from you heart I didn't help? It would be a simple matter for us to share the screenshots with the eRepublik world. The shots and logs that I have seen are truly disturbing for a CP... lets be honest the logs are a disgrace.
Witty, you need to learn to bend but not break in the ebb and flow of life. You broke twice this term (both occurrences happening within 10-14 days of each other). When people are demonstrating to you why what you want won't work... you need to take it on board and not act like the proverbial pigeon playing chess.
(i.e. the pigeon will end up knocking the pieces over, poo on the board and declare itself the winner)
It is a shame your term ended this way. I've got nothing against you as a person. However, in this case you were just not mentally cut for the job this time around. I hope you take this as a learning experience and grow as a person.
India still needs you Witty. But we need the Witty who is willing to listen and compromise. Not the Witty who knocks pieces over and poos on the board.

What?? 1st of all with whose permission he took money for his own account boosting? Even if he got permission for loans he must return them or that is simply stealing govt funds n I sincerely believe witty is in no way a thief. First of all I did not leave discord because of Brkn and Kael taking all benefits from treasury money. I left because they trolled me and made fun of me. You can see my loss in the above screenshot. I asked govt.s permission to buy Q2 and Q3 houses for myself and no one disagreed in govt thread. Everyone knew without me India wouldn't have won resources. I would still say it because I know the efforts I put in. Of course I wouldn't have done it alone and it's team work and I give everyone equal credits and so everyone should get equal share. I'm fighting for equality. If you think I'm selfish what is the profit of me leaving all discord groups and leaving all telegram groups?
