[MoFA] Indo Serb Pact (India - Serbia)

1) The Indo Serb Pact binds nations namely India & Serbia.

2) The nations respect the division of regions and thereby uphold a Non-Aggression Pact.

3) Resistance Wars on the rented regions will be supported only by the citizens of India and Serbia.

4) Both nations shall work to deter hostile actions by any nation that jeopardize the interests of each other in the region. India shall cooperate with other tactical support as necessary such as setting another nation as a Natural Enemy.

5) India agrees to lease out 3 regions namely Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan (Fish) and Gujarat to Serbia provided that Serbia agrees to return all the tax collected from these regions.

6) The tax refunds shall be donated to the the President of India or the Governor of India at the end of the term.

7) BH/SH medals belong only to the corresponding nation on the corresponding side. Hitting before minute 20 on the other nations' side is strictly treated as a misconduct.

😎 Both nations understand and care about the welfare of citizens of both the nations therefore will take necessary actions in case of misbehaving citizens who do not respect the citizens of the other nation.

9) The agreement shall be renewed each month if both nations consent to continue upholding the above terms.
