Finally decided to write an article, which will be both very simple and short.
Top 6 in the country power rankings are:
Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Argentina, Chile and Hungary
The 6 countries that occupy regions of the eUK:

No wonder we aren't being very successful at removing our guests

Why would we want to remove them? What's wrong with the way things are?
According to the latest Bank of England Financial Report only Turkey and Chile are returning the revenues they gain from their respective occupations so we are losing a lot of revenue to the other four occupiers
Exactly how will this loss of revenue affect the average player? If all the occupation revenue was returned how much of it would be returned to eUK citizens and how?
Especially when there are concerns over PTO activities - 40 congress members would be a lot of voters that a PTOer could bring into the country...
So it sounds like there are 40 PTOers in Congress. i wonder where those who think "good" for euk are then?
40 congress members instead of 10 means that the number of congress members each party gets is multiplied by 4. So instead of 2 congress members coming from a party that refuses to work with the community to vet who is allowed into the country, we’d have 8. Instead of 6 Cs passes, they’d have 24.

@Omnissiah you are an obvious jerk. My comment was about the number of congressmen and the number of PTOers in congress. If something is not clear to you, then really ...
