Hello America,
So it's been a few days. The reason for the absence was due to my in class exams I had this week. Lucky for me, those are over. Special thanks to my cabinet for helping to keep the boat afloat.

Balkans
We were asked to go to the Balkans to assist Croatia and so we went. Our time in the Balkans can be characterized by blocking and dodging, making it difficult for our enemies to make progress in the region. In doing this, it required many proposed DoWs and NeS, and so I thank Congress for their participation in that. We will continue in this manner for as long as possible. The Balkans is where the majority of the game is played, so any move there by us has required considerable damage. It’s definitely going to be a lot more intense than anything we have done in the past few months.

Code
Over the past few days, Code has faced many challenges. We face challenges externally from all the likely suspects and between the ebs, stringers and shadow boosters these challenges are not easily overcome. We have watched the dominos fall all over the Northern Mediterranean and Balkan region. However, working with our allies, we are confident of making a recovery.

Serbian Aggression
Today Serbia has opted to employ economic pressures in addition to military ones. In response to their proposed Trade Embargo on Montenegro, our friend, and ally; I have proposed a Trade Embargo on Serbia. Play stupid games, get stupid prizes. If passed this will prevent anyone with Serbian citizenship of working Holding Companies in eUSA or selling in eUSA markets. However, for now, Congress is urged to hold votes on this issue as the situation develops.

If what I am told is true, that the US is one of the best markets in the game, and Serbia is a strong economy as well, and Embargo is more devastating than anything else.
