UNL Congress newspaper

Dear citizens,

Congressmembers brought up the idea to have a newpaper for our congress.
They said it would be handy to let the people know what is happening in our congress.

And what do you know, I fully agreed!
so here we are, the first article of the official newspaper of the United Netherlands Congress.

Let me first introduce the two heads of Congress:
Flando is the Chairman of Congress, it is his task to see if the congressional rules are being followed, and to keep an eye on discussions. It is also his task to close votes and calculate the outcome.

He is assisted by Deputy-chairman Sigh, who helps him, and jumps in when Flando gets inactive.

What have we done since the last elections?
We have passed the following laws in vote:
- New congress rules
- We have added an official vote of confidence for a new government
- We have added a vote of no confidence so the congress can remove a minister or government from office
- We have sold the state company UNL moving to PEACE

I am planning to publish this on a weekly basis, but I was always report in when there is something special happening.

Last thing I want to say:
