You ever have one of those moments when you relied on the information in the wiki being correct? And it was utter boulchit? Yep, that happened to me recently, saved up 25 gold to create a new holding company..... annnddd it takes cash now. Mind you if I could just dissolve the holding company without being forced to move my companies that would be great, but common sense functionality seems to be a foreign concept to eRepublik.

Lesson to all, trust the wiki, but verify.

Seriously though, if the devs do that every time the site is down I would welcome it more often.

Yep, the 4000 energy was a nice touch. A long time ago, we would get the headless chicken on a much more regular basis and they wouldn't give us anything for it

That was pretty much a weekly occurrence when I skipped out, I will say that in the ~1 month back on the scene thats the first one I have encountered.
