hello everyone, this is my first article in Moldova
in this article I would like to propose to the moldova government to create a Goes To Wing Commander program and then it can be continued with the Goes To Air Commodore program.
under the condition
1. participants have a minimum aviator rank
2. participants must do a minimum of 600 kills per week

for bonuses
1. if reaching 600 kills per week gets a bonus of 5 MDL per kill
2. if it doesn't reach 600 kills per week, only get an energy bonus
3. each rank increase gets a bonus from 200 MDL to 1000 MDL
