Dearest Ellie

I hope this letter finds you well sis.

I really am sorry that I can't make it to you this weekend. I know the boys were really looking forward to having me taking them fishing, as your husband Patrick isn't around at the moment to take them.

We have been deployed to Cork to investigate the disappearance of one of the ICA regiments, and I'm not sure when we will back.

There has been talk of 2 ghosts who walk the land there and atrocities happening, but I will be careful as always and be back soon to see you all.

Captain's looking in my direction and tilting his head towards the aircraft which will be taking us to our destination. So I really must go now.

Hope to see you soon and give my best regards to my nephews.
