End of a Brotherhood? - Egy testvériség vége?

I admit that I have sparse information about the happenings. However, an image is putting together in my head So, chronologically:
1. According to the Asteria request, Hungary makes an advance to west, making contact with Chileans in Switzerland and making a looooong border between the Sirius leader, Poland.
2. Romania signs (extends) a NAP with Bulgaria, asking BG not to attack Serbia and Greece but not Hungary. The Serbian and Greek presidents counter-signed the agreement.
3. After Chile and Poland, Bulgaria votes and accepts NE against Hungary.
4. Hungary asks the alliance to stop Bulgaria, practically by an NE from Romania. Accoring to my info, this request was refused. As a clear sign, Asteria SG, MirceaDrac made two BHs against Hungary - an alliance member! -, while there is an alliance priority battle against Chile. (Hungarian govt announced that if Romania does not start vote about Bulgarian NE till the end of last erep day, Hungary quits Asteria. Expired.)



I don't see any other clear explanation for these happenings that Serbia, Romania and Greece want Bulgaria in a Balkans alliance instead of Hungary.

Question is just for our old Serbian brothers: am I right? (All other comments about butthurts, cried rivers and so on are advised to be skipped.)

MirceaDrac: The President of Hungary has proposed to leave Asteria alliance.To debate on this situation and to place your vote you can access the law proposal page. Now you understand why. Hungary left Asteria last night and was planning to do so for some time.

Elismerem, hogy elég hiányos infóim vannak a történtekről, de azért valami képem mégiscsak van a dolgokról. Szóval, időrendben:
1. Szövetségi kérésnek megfelelően Magyarország nyugatra indul, és határossá válik a Svájcot megszálló chileiekkel, és hosszú határa lesz az ellenséges szövetség vezetőjével, Lengyelországgal.
2. Romania megköt (illetve meghosszabbít) egy NAP-ot Bulgáriával. Kiköti, hogy a bolgárok nem támadhatják meg Szerbiát vagy Görögországot, de Magyarországra nincs ilyen tilalom. A szerződést a szerb és a görög elnök is ellenjegyzi.
3. Chile és Lengyelország után Bulgária is NE-t ad be Magyarország ellen.
4. Magyarország kéri a szövetséget a bolgárok megállítására, praktikusan hogy Románia adjon NE-t Bulgáriára. Infóim szerint a szövetség ezt elutasítja. Egyértelmű jelként MirceaDrac Asteria-főtitkár két csatában is Magyarország ellen BH-zik akkor, amikor a magyar-chilei csata elvileg szövetségi prió. (A magyar kormány bejelentette, hogy ha a románok nem adnak be NE-t Bulgária ellen az előző erep napváltásig, Magyarország kilép a szövetségből. Az idő lejárt.)

Más magyarázatot nem látok a fentiekre, mint hogy Szerbia, Románia és Görögország Bulgáriát szeretnék a balkáni szövetségükbe Magyarország helyett.

A kérdés a régi szerb barátainkhoz szól: így van? (javaslom, hogy a nyilván megjelenő minden más kommentet, "butthurt", "crymeariver", stb., most hagyjunk figyelmen kívül.)
