Grain Concession

US has an income higher than 400Kcc a day. Game mechanics allow a country to withdraw money from the treasury through "donation laws", no more than 400Kcc a day. For many years, US governments opted to keep the national treasury accessible and hidden from the prying eyes of adversaries for security reasons. In order to withdraw money from the treasury, above the 400 cap, a deal was struck with North Korea, the Koreans will concede Grain to us (which we don't need in itself, we have it in Virginia) and by paying for that grain we create a bypass...as North Korea will return the money to us. Such deals enhance our national security by making more money accessible to the Congressional Budget Office. Government is working to create similar schemes.

Western Europe

US Forces have set out on an operation to support Asteran interests in Mainland Europe. Currently, our soldiers occupy regions in UK and Brittany and are maneuvering against CODE forces in France. France is hostile territory and things are volatile, make sure you're up to date on orders. Plans are to leave UK shortly as our presence there has served its purpose.


Apollo

The NAP with Asteria has expired a few days ago. Both parties have a desire to upgrade their partnership and are discussing the option of replacing the NAP with permanent US membership in Asteria's Associate alliance: Apollo. This road might take the USA into eventual membership in ASTERIA and the Apollo phase will serve as a tryout period for both sides.

An Overview of Government Support Programs

Companies Relocation Program

In previous WHPR editions we covered the changes to USA's safe regions map and resource distribution. Congress has recently authorized a program to subsidize the costs needed to relocate companies according to the new national policy.

Unsafe regions will be allotted for training wars, so WAMing companies will be impossible, Make the sound economic decision and move.

Growth Incentive Military Program (GIMP)

GIMP stands for “Growth Incentive Military Program”, but remember that it only applies to Air Combat. GIMP pays you a cash bonus based on the amount of Air Combat damage (and rank) you have accumulated throughout the previous week. You do not need to request your GIMP payout, but you do need to sign up for GIMP weekly. The GIMP week begins and ends at day change Sunday/Monday, so we recommend doing your GIMP request every Monday. Also remember, unlike food donations, cash donations must be manually received by checking your ingame alerts. Read more here.
