The long road

I best make a final address before I depart from office. First of all thank you to the majority of the eUK citizens and members of the international community I've dealt with for the support, advice and understanding I've received at times during my tenure as Country President. You are the reason I take on roles in the Government.

Now onto something less pleasant, yesterday in the elections of our next Country President Kylo.Ren supported by Monster Grinder and PriinzMirza launched a campaign of personal attacks and disinformation (false information spread deliberately to deceive).

Whilst the intention expose and remove those not abiding by the eRepublik Laws or the eRepublik Terms of Use is admirable and the success he has had a is great. To make this political is poor judgement given his own parties record in the use of multiple citizen account in past elections.

Our ATO group has removed many multiple accounts from all parties, it's a simple case of reporting them to the admin and awaiting their removal.

To suggest that I or the Worker's Rights Party are not abiding by the eRepublik Laws or the eRepublik Terms of Use with the sole intention to cloud how others may view my opinions and the Workers' Rights Party. With what I assume was an intention to discolour our Country President candidate was a very low underhanded political act, any reasonable and fair-minded citizen would have seen through this.

I did note that Rusofil74 himself and other prominent members were very quiet yesterday which I hope suggested he and they disapproved of the actions of his colleagues. In fact it didn't seem to have much popular support which is overall good. Generally It's always good to examine those who claim to represent you and ask does this person represent my views.

Finally, the personal message I received yesterday from Kylo.Ren which intended to insult and wound, which did neither, however, was still report and removed by the admin for not abiding by the eRepublik Laws or the eRepublik Terms of Use. However, I would ask Kylo.Ren to find some time to chat with a close friend about his feelings as it strikes me that you need to check in on your personal wellbeing if you think sending these types of messages in an internet browser game is ever acceptable (although the way it was written was slightly humorous, so potential get-out clause?). If you are close to Kylo.Ren in-game, reach out to him too. He needs you. We are all human beings sat behind our computers.

We are on the long road, It's great the eUK community candidate Sam Rhodes was elected yesterday pending the checking the votes to ensure the fairness of the elections. This has never been about "power" for me, however, the eUK community. Whilst they have been closely guarded with what policy and plans they have for the eUK so it's hard what their intentions truly are however I can't help but imagine they won't be cruel, oppressive and reliant on disinformation in Government to at least a proportion on the current long-standing eUK community if this recent example and other instances of when they do choose to speak publically or privately is anything to go by.

Finally, if you have chosen to associate yourself with the Dead Rabbits, I'd ask you to participate in the eUK community to help us improve or leave, the motives of your masters are at best unclear and at worst hostile. Cut the multiple puppet strings they bind you with and at the same time hamper progress in the eUK with.

End of term reivew

We continue to be occupied whilst we remain in a deadlock with those who seek to take political power using foreign citizens who seem to think it's acceptable to only vote in our elections, not join our MUs, not fight for us or our allies or contribute to our community.

On a positive note, we have received all our revenue lost through occupation from Chile and Turkey (I thank the officials, I have been dealing with from both countries). I'm still awaiting contact from Croatia, Cyprus, Eygpt, Hungary and Argentina however hopefully this will be part of their end of term activities.

The UK Assembly continued to represent the top political parties of the UK. This equates to joint representation of more than 100+ citizens including all our most politically active, knowledgable and experienced citizens. Although this assembly has been a touch quiet.

The UK Military Command represents the vast majority of our active military units however again with no real military direction we've been quiet in this forum and on the British Armed Forces Coordination Channels.

We still have the community and structure to succeed, if we can find the trust and support we need to succeed internationally internally.

The server channel structure simple;

Three "Command" channels where with permissions can post orders and links and those confirmed as UK fighters can check where you should be directing your damage in ground battles and aircraft battles for the UK or her allies and where to start resistance wars.

A general channel where UK fighters can post to ask questions, seek guidance and help about how best to coordinate your damage with other UK fighters.

Please note until you complete the British Armed Forces Coordination survey and confirmed as a UK fighter your visibility of the server will be limited.

'Help to Buy' a Q1 House scheme

All UK citizens should be using a Q1 house as currently, you should gain extra currency across the 7 days the house is active from working overtime, the house will allow you to regenerate energy quicker, and also boosts the total energy you can hold.

Training Ground Loan Scheme

Upgrading your strength buildings is the best way to earn income as it allows you to receive Super Soldier medals much quicker. A Q4 Weights Room & Q4 Climbing Center (without any contract training) earns the most money of any training/contract combination. Together they will earn you 13.38g/month (0.446g/day) after you pay the daily training.

Bank of England Monetary Market Trust

As a reminder, the Ministry of Finance is taking advantage of the gold price on the monetary market by operating a Bank of England Trust for citizens and allies to invest in.

Five citizens have invested into the Trust. The MoF place monetary market offers from a number of eUK Government Organisation reserved for use by the Bank of England. The monetary market profits have been agreed to be split 60% to the citizen and the remaining 40% for the Treasury to reinvest/store in reserves.
