Treaty of Manila

The present treaty has the following parts:

Part I: Training War

During Plato’s Tournament, eIndonesia and eColombia will have a Training War. Conditions regarding the Training War:

1) eIndonesia and eColombia will launch and pass Natural Enemy law to each other the day before Plato’s tournament starts.
2) Both parties will only be able to conquests the next regions: Mindanao, Visayas and Palawan. In other words, eIndonesia and eColombia will not attack any region outside Philippines core regions, excluding Luzon.
3) Both countries will launch and pass No Natural Enemy law the day after Plato’s tournament finishes.
4) If by any reason eColombian-eIndonesian border gets cut, both government must reunite to decide the measures to be taken.
4) Either Country President will launch and pass the Peace Proposal law. The law must ask for a sum of 0 gold of the other country’ treasury. The other country must accept the Peace Proposal law.

Part II: Non-Aggression Pact (NAP)

After Plato’s Tournament finishes, eIndonesia and eColombia will sign a NAP. Conditions regarding the NAP:

1) eIndonesia accepts Palawan, Visayas and eColombian core regions are under control of eColombia.
2) eColombia accepts Mindanao, Sabah and eIndonesian core regions are under control of eIndonesia.
3) Both Parties accepts that Luzon is under control of ePhilippines.
4)During the period comprehended by No-Natural Enemy law and peace proposal law, 72 hours total, both government must try to return any region(s) that according to this NAP belong to the other country.
5) In case that by any reason, last scenario was not possible to achieve, eColombia and eIndonesia must return any region(s) that according this NAP has to be in control of the other country. The occupying country must return the region(s) via Resistance War in a period not longer than 3 days and inform in an article -MoD bulletin- that the region under occupation must be return via Resistance War.
6) A country is entitled to launch and pass a Natural Enemy law to ePhilippines, if the country needs to recover a regions that according to this NAP belongs to it. If Luzon is conquered in the process, the occupying country has 72 hours to return Luzon via Resistance War.
7) No Natural Enemy law should be approved toward each each, unless both governments agree to it.
😎 The present NAP expires after 30 days of ended Plato’s Tournament.

Part III: Penalties

Related to the consequences of breaking the treaty:

1) eArgentine government will be eColombia’s guarantor and eChilean government will be eIndonesia’s guarantor.
2) At the beginning of Plato’s Tournament both countries have to transfer 20.000 cc to an ORG in control of their own guarantor’s government.
3) In case eColombia or eIndonesia breaks any part of the present treaty, the agreement is cancel. Both guarantor must transfer the 40.000 cc total to an ORG in control of the affected government.
4) If both countries fulfill the present agreement, their respective guarantor must return the 20.000 cc to an ORG in control of the government they were guarantor, after the NAP expires.
5) Octavius Remus, Philippines MoFA, will be observer in the present treaty.
