[MoD - PT] War with Chile - Thanks

Caros Compatriotas, Aliados e Amigos,

é com um enorme prazer que escrevo este artigo de agradecimento. A guerra com o Chile foi curta e eficaz. Como sabem, quando o Chile voou para Cuba seria com a intenção de atacar outro país maior; olhando ao redor o único país inimigo do Chile vizinho de Cuba seria Portugal. Mal o Chile aterrou já vários congressistas portugueses estavam com o dedo no gatilho para lançar o NE ao Chile e ao lançarmos primeiro a lei ganhamos assim a iniciativa de guerra podendo escolher o horário de abertura das campanhas; este pormenor (ou “pormaior”) de bastidor foi extremamente importante na estratégia de guerra e penso que o próprio Chile (no caso deles o ditador seria o único a poder lançar a lei) não estava a contar com este nosso avanço. As campanhas começaram sempre no horário prime da Asteria, e altura em que os chilenos estavam a dormir, o que nos deu sempre uma vantagem de quase 3 rondas sem grande pressão do adversário. O resto foram tostões a voar por esses campos de batalha até culminarem nestes resultados:

Queremos desde já fazer um especial agradecimento ao HQ da ASTERIA que tem tido um exemplar desempenho no decurso destes dois últimos meses no que toca a comunicação e coordenação dentro da aliança.

Agradecemos também aos nossos soldados que estiveram presentes nos campos de batalha e que ajudaram também a angariar fundos para CO; aos nossos aliados da Asteria; aos nossos aliados da Orion, em especial à Lituânia e Cuba (foram uma enorme ajuda) e todos os amigos que lutaram por nós. Poderia também mencionar alguns nomes de jogadores que nos deram uma ajuda “mais pessoal” mas com certeza acabaria por me esquecer de algum e não quero ser injusto.

Deixamos também o nosso agradecimento às MU’s portuguesas que coordenaram o dano conforme foi necessário e ainda que também ajudaram na colocação de CO tal como as FAP e o GAP e especialmente aos MEK que disponibilizaram um largo fundo para minorizar o esforço do estado.

O MoD agradece também a toda a equipa deste governo que foi exemplarmente pro-activa em toda a campanha, em especial ao lfilipe13, teXou, Madvieri e como não podia deixar de ser ao CP Pisco Soares, grande maestro desta sinfonia.

Um muito obrigado também ao Congresso Português que apoiou este governo na defesa da nossa soberania, tanto no campo do tesouro como a nível de aprovação de MPP’s que foram fundamentais para este magnífico desfecho.

Dear Countryman, Allies and Friends,


It is with great pleasure that I write this thank you article. The war with Chile was short and effective. As you know, when Chile flew to Cuba would be intending to attack another largest country; looking around the only enemy country of Chile neighbor Cuba would be Portugal. As soon as Chile landed, several Portuguese congressmen were with the finger on the trigger to launch the NE to Chile; the first launch was ours and we got the war initiative, being able to choose the opening hours of the campaigns; this small detail (or big) was extremely important in the war strategy and I think that Chile itself (in their case the dictator would be the one to be able to launch the law) was not counting on this. Campaigns always started on Asteria prime time and when the Chileans were asleep, which has always given us a lead of almost 3 rounds without much pressure by the opponent. The rest were pennies flying over the battlefields to culminate in these results:

We take this oppurtunity to give a special thanks to the ASTERIA's HQ that has had an exemplary performance during these last two months with regard to communication and coordination within the alliance.

We also thank our soldiers who were present on the battlefield and also helped raise funds for CO; to our Asteria allies; our Orion allies, especially Lithuania and Cuba (you were a huge help) and all the friends who fought for us. I could also mention some names of players who gave us a "more personal" hand but it sure would eventually forget some and not want to be unfair.

We leave also our thanks to the Portuguese MU's who coordinated the damage as it was necessary and that also helped in CO placement, such as FAP and GAP and especially MEK which provided a large fund to minimize the state's effort.

The MoD also thank the whole team of this government that was exemplary pro-active in the whole campaign, especially to lfilipe13, teXou, Madvieri and it could not be otherwise the CP Pisco Soares, great maestro of this symphony.

A thank you also to the Portuguese Congress who supported the government in defense of our sovereignty, both in treasure field as the MPP's approval level that were key to this magnificent outcome.
