[ITA MoFA] The Alpine Treaty

A bilateral Treaty of friendship and cooperation has been officially signed by the Swiss Confederation and the Italian Republic. The treaty is the result of a long period of mutual help, respect and coordination between our nations against who is threatening our freedom. This Tuesday the first of the scheduled meetings is going to be held by the governments of the two nations.

I take this opportunity to remember Borgogian and Fronte Anarchico eItaliano: two great citizens that have lived both in eSwitzerland and in eItaly.



The Alpine Treaty

The Swiss Confederation and the Italian Republic;

• Encourage cooperation and friendship between the two nations;

• Strive to establish a stable situation in both territories;

• Have adopted the following treaty:

Article I

a) Both the nations shall not engage in any military activity against each other;

b) In the case of a Resistance War, military engagements toward one another will not be permitted;

c) In the case of a Training War, military engagements toward one another will be permitted.

Article II

a) Both the Swiss Confederation and the Italian Republic will increase economic exchanges outside of the traditional market, supporting sales of food and weapons between the two nations.

Article III

a) Both the Swiss Confederation and the Italian Republic will hold bi-monthly meetings between both governments to ensure an updated understand of the situations of both nations.
