[Huskei] Organization of the ePakistani armed forces. Phase 1.

As you must have read my previous article about organizing the soldiers of ePakistan, I'd like to proudly announce that with the approval of the government of ePakistan the creation of a National Army will take place. I am writing this article on behalf of the Government of ePakistan, the Ministry of Defense, and the Defense team.
The process consists of 3 phases.
The first is gathering the adequate information, which is very simple. We are going to need a list of all the active fighters within ePakistan. If you are a RL Pakistani, or an immigrant like me, it doesn't matter. Irrespective of your military units, if you fight for ePakistan and are a ePakistani, you must let us know. As you will be part of our national army.
So to complete the first phase, I will require all of the citizens of ePakistan to fill out this form: http://srvy.it/1b0coYs
This is the MOST important step. If you do not fill out the form, you will be left out of consideration. So please fill it up.
Our Second phase will be to distribute the soldiers and create a stable system with all the soldiers in their respective squads and divisions.
And the third and the final phase will be to run this system efficiently, and to give everyone a sense of responsibility.
