[Govt of eBelgium] On eBe Raw - Investigation

Dear citizens of eBelgium,

eBE Raw is a national organization of eBelgium, and have two raws companies abroad, exporting cheap raws in eBelgium (when the companies are open).

A donation of 100 gold from our national bank to this organization have been voted some months ago, but in November, aVegan made us notice on the forum that there was some missing gold...

On november 4th, aVegan posted :
"It also seems their is much LESS gold in the org than when I left it last month. Where did that gold go?"
On november 5th, he added :
"All I know is when I left eBe Raw had more than 100 gold."

That was indeed very strange, because no donations with larger amounts then 3 gold have been made from/to eBe Raw...

Later, on November 5th again, aVegan posted this message :
"Wouldn't it be interesting to know where the 50+ gold went to? Is it stolen, used for something else or just hidden on the MM?
On thing is for sure when I left eBe Raw and the new minister took it over it contained MORE than 100 gold.

Maybe the person who is responsible for eBe Raw could give some explanation? I don't think that is asking to much. Everyone is shouting murder and fire because the BCP didn't donate to the NBB but when more than double of that gold is missing in a state company nobody seems to care."

Two weeks later, aVegan posted an other message, still in the Congress Area of our forum :
"We are almost 2 weeks later and still no explanation.
Has anyone done anything with eBe Raw the last month(s)?
And more importantly where is the gold?"

Even if I wasn't President when the gold disapeared, i had no choice to start some investigation about this issue, as asked by aVegan, and many others citizens.

On november 17th, I declared :
"The government is on it... I ask transparency on this case !"

The first thing i did was to send a message to my Minister of Finances, Boklevski, who was also the manager of eBe Raw for the last two months, and the answer i get was quite surprising.

He told me that there wasn't much research required on the missing GOL😨 someone took it, using the monetary market, before he changed the pass when installed as MoF on his first mandate. He noticed the alert as he was online at that moment, looking into the amount of assets we had. He immediately changed the pass and informed CP MaryamQ and Secretary Velitia of the situation. No money has gone 'missing' after changing the passwords of all financial organizations.

The day it happened was October 10th, and as Boklevski told me, MaryamQ received a pm to announce her that either someone has made a very unfortunate monetary market offer, or someone have used the MM to transfer GOLD to a private account.

"We inform you that 50 GOLD have been sold for 5 NLG from the company account using the offer posted on the monetary market."

On the same date, both Boklevski and MaryamQ have sent a ticket to the admins, to ask them to investigate on this case. But both of them didn't get any answers.

So the first conclusion was that eBe Raw wasn't hacked, but that someone who had access have used it for personnal gain.

Who had the access to this organization ?
Boklevski, Velitia, MaryamQ, and aVegan.

Even if i became suspicious, i had no real proofs.
That's why i contacted personnaly the admins, in order to get a fast answer to solve this issue, as i promised to do. And... it works, admins gave me a fast answer.

I learned the name of the buyer of this offer.
The buyer of this offer was : Certified Food Vegan.
This company belong to the organization Certified Vegan, who belongs to aVegan.

I decided to contact aVegan, and to met him on IRC, and i told him that i knew the real story, and offered him the chance to donate back the 50 missing gold, in exchange of keeping this issue a government secret (no public debates, only no governmental job for 6 months). But he told me that it wasn't true, that there was a mistake somewhere. And finally he told me that he bought Certifed Vegan Food on the company market only one month ago or so (i didnt remember him that the monetary market offer have been bought the 10th ocotober, and that the previous owner had to have the pass of eBe raw to set up the offer). As he told he wasn't guilty, we talked a bit, and we decided to talk "theorically", and i decided to start a thread on the forum to announce that i will put a new monetary offer of 1 bef = 50 gold on the market with eBe Raw, to give a last chance to the thief to donate back the money. aVegan told me he will send a message to the previous owner of the company, to tell him that. This way, the "thief" could donate us back the 50 gold, and this anonymously. I added that this offer was valid for only 2 days.

My announcement about it can be find here, and was posted the 1st December.

Two days later, i'm glad to announce you that :
1 BEF have been sold for 50 GOLD from the citizen account using the offer posted on the monetary market !!!

The issue is now closed for me, as the 50 missing gold have been donated back to eBe Raw and as i did investigate on this issue as promised.

Everyone can know draw his own conclusions on this issue, but everyone should be happy that we recover the missing gold...
