[CP] Resource Wars: Week1 update.

Hello eIndia,

My CP campaign promises are slowly getting implemented.

1) Liberation tiger, Kalari and Netaji Subhas have claimed the free Q1 houses from CP's pocket money.

2) No one has applied for the make in India scheme so far. Therefore I am reducing the constraint to anyone below level 150 can apply for the scheme if they have holding company anywhere (even without bonuses). But they must have a holding company somewhere. If you don't have a holding company, I suggest you to wait till resource wars and then decide where to create one.

3) Pilots of the week are rewarded last week. Thanks to my Prime Minister Dobbytheelf for handling it and Visor of Blades for selling the food to govt. for so cheap.

4) I have the best MofA we every could get in my cabinet Netaji Subhas who helped to seal the TW with Philippines.

5) Unfortunately I couldn't find a good MoD this term. So I had to step up myself here. I took the initiatives to expose TW, RW and Battle Orders.

Here goes our TW details.(Yes I'm daring to expose it in public)

6) I promised as many resources as possible. We have won 4 precious resources so far (Fish, Cattle, Aluminium and Fruits). We can still win 6 more. But I need your help for that. But most of our fighters are busy in RL and that is very disappointing for me as a CP struggling to fulfill this promise.

7) A detailed budget report will be released at the end of the term. For now I'll update here in short. We took 400K cc from treasury. We have collected about 50K tax refund from our TW partners and we expect to get more in the upcoming dates. About 500 tanks have been supplied to fighters in resource wars and I've used 500 tanks myself. Food rewards costed 2500 cc and for 3 Q1 houses supply it costed 25422 cc.

I also have few kind requests. Always check battle orders after coming online. When there is no battle order available in discord, we would be definitely fighting for a resource in which only ppl in DPM group will be allowed to fight. Every unnecessary hit costs us about 200+ Energy bars, 2 hours of managing battles and a possible attempt to get a rare resource go in vain. So I hope citizens can be more responsible in the weeks ahead. This means that Nobody should fight anywhere when there is no battle order mentioned in the discord by any means including scripting, dumping.

Going forward in this month, every Tuesday we will as usual gain as much PP as possible to boost our recovery rates and we are likely have an epic battle with New Zealand. Fighting with the intention to win BH medals is highly discouraged this month. Always follow battle orders (we badly need each and everyone of you).

A huge shoutout to vigorious, Ainz, Tejas, Brknsword, Kael, xxordin who were crucial in many resource attempts. We made 19 attempts at resources so far and got 4 resources. More doors we knock, many will open.
