The weary yet dogged travelers of the ARP continue on

Well, fair citizens of the eUSA, the journey through the timeless (in good ways and bad) realm of eRepublik living continues, with constant excitement and intrigue!

The intrepid renegades of the ARP have resisted the oppressive belligerence of the RevComm, the now-deceased SFP's ruling body, struggling about on the last frontier of eRep against cruel men looking to maintain the status quo by any means necessary.

The RevComm flagship manuevers to destroy original ideas

How did we get here?

For this tale, we rewind to late July of this year, not so long ago. The SFP is the 2nd-ranked party and has most of its players off the blacklist. Although its members have been allowed to Congress, they have not been forgiven and they are largely not trusted by the eUS community. Nevertheless, they maintain their top 5 status through numerical strength, an army of multiple accounts which obviously no one admits to operating. The chief suspect has always been Wooky Jack, a person who admitted to using multi's to bypass IES blacklisting some time ago. Alternative suspects include Jimmy Cincinnati who was a prolific multi operator as Ghost of Tom Joad.

Cerb comes aboard the RevComm and immediately finds lots of angry shouting about eUSAforums and Pfeiffer

Former president and restless player Cerb enters on-scene, looking for a change, looking to pass on his game experience to those willing to benefit from it. The SFP expresses interest in becoming more of a presence in Congress and even having its own POTUS, but Cerb knows they are not yet trusted by the community, and for good reason.

Melissa Rose makes a face

Do you remember the SFP primary for September CP? The final score was Jimmy 7, Pfeiffer 5, Orik 5. Jimmy had withdrawn, and rather than allow the Jimmy supporters to cast a vote for remaining candidates, Wooky Jack pressed the endorsement button for Orik. At the time, there was little fuss - Jimmy had personally endorsed Orik, and so it seemed like bad Wooky logic rather than outright corruption.

HOWEVER, sources inside President Orik's own administration recently confirmed that Orik conspired with the RevComm to manipulate the SFP endorsement. It was never even disclosed inside the RevComm that Orik had secretly brokered a deal for the SFP endorsement in exchange for Cabinet spots for Jimmy Cincinnati and Tom Cauchon. Orik did receive the SFP endorsement, but Orik's Cabinet rejected the corrupt bargain.

The RevComm isn't as clever as they think..

What do you think?
Does the RevComm really have eAmerica's best interest in mind?
Multi's?
Corruption?
This is not the SFP Civil, Mark, and Osmany pioneered. It's not even the poor reincarnation Jude pioneered.

RIP SFP, the RevComm destroyed you.

Our present ship captain, Cerb, knows political simulation players must be open to new ideas from the eUSAforums and the rest of the community. He continues fighting for citizen engagement, experimental politics, and WAR and CHANGE. Membership has seen an uptick of a couple points, and can continue to rise, with your help.

This little ship is no one's puppet. We'll explore new ideas and new directions in the great space of eRep. The RevComm won't stop us.
