More war ingredient: weapon / industry sucks becouse of bazooka usage.

Event effects on military ability not only in these days but later in weakness period (depleted sources) after the event.
Food give away may will necessary.

Ahh..warfare : less damage in D4, beacouse of loads of fighters use bazookas.
