Hello all its been a wile. I just realized a colossal mistake in the arrogance of my assumptions. I claim to be a congressman who represents the people i am but .001 percent of you all and i have been using my personal politics to govern my votes. There is more than two views and with more minds comes a solution.
Certain aspects of this game have come to light... Sometimes it gets boring. And with that comes other people that want to make it more interesting, A certain Multi maker that will go unnamed but has recently moved to the enemy side. and aided (and most probably instigated) in the voting down of a process that should be automatic (CBO donations).
This process is vital to maintaining a reserve for war time activity's and to pay you all COs and fighting stocks. It is a heavily debated topic in Erep and probably the most important. Voting no on this and voting it down could potentially build up a reserve in the treasury instead of the CBO where its safe. when the treasury builds up it increases the chance of a foreign entity gaining access to the money. Greed always wins
I wrote this short article to actually ask all my constituents on how you think we should vote on this topic. (i noticed no one else asked)
And maybe this will send a message to all those in congress that are voting NO to securing our money. Please share your opinion on this vote and how you would vote for such an important Law.

I’m not a federalist, and really have no right to tell you how to vote.
Putting money into the CBO where it can be used, instead of treasury where it can’t be, is vitally important. Anyone who understands the game knows this.
The problems start after that point. CBO is as transparent as a thunderstorm. It might be better than before, but it’s still opaque af.
Further, there is no guarantee that taxpayer funds are spent well, or post-use report on effectiveness. As a personal observation I have seen divisions we shouldn’t be contested sent epic by liberal use of CO. Great for me to cash out, but I can’t conpete in D3. End result? We paid to gift an extra 3 campaign points to the enemy. We trust to our MoD and CP to set appropriate amounts of CO in a timely manner and at reasonable rates. This process can be improved.
Finally, when was the last time CBO or SCI was audited? Not just to check the funds are where they should be, but to check that disbursements are appropriately spent and remainders returned?
With the (IMO incorrect) perception of no recourse, people resort to voting no to transfers of money.

To have a multi maker to go to the enemy side is where such persons had to be in the first place. Multi makers do destroy fairness and fun. They do deserve no trust at all!

On the CBO donations I don't know what to vote. To transfer money to use it ingame for the well being of our nation is very important, however to transfer money when there is no auditing? When it isn't transparent it gives way too much space for misuse. This has to be fixed first before I could give my trust in a yes vote.
The problem is it is audited every month by an entire team of trustworthy people that keep each other in check. and then released the month after for security reasons.

I don't know, really. When I was congressman (5 years ago) I always voted yes, now I think I could continue to vote yes, just cause we can't know what will happens without the CBO.
