yah there neutral neighbors....ones who let indonesia through with the blatant intent to attack us and wipe us off the map. I dont know your definition of neutral, but when I look in mine it says:
Not taking part or giving assistance in a dispute or war between others

They let Indonesia attack us five MONTHS ago, in a war that has since ended after being threatened by invasion themselves. That is a very tenuous line of evidence to conclude Cause for War. In fact PEACE used similar reasons to justify conquering us if you remember. And at that point I didn't see a single American agree with that line of logic. Of course you do NOW, how interesting. Did you just not post back then, or has your opinions on the reasoning changed now that they suit you.

Further, by your definition of neutral, no nation is neutral because at some point in their history, they have in some way offered assistance or took part in a war between others and so have forever surrendered their neutral stance in a way that can not be recovered.
