A Bold Stance

I have proposed lowering the Citizen Fee. We can do his because of our strong currency.

Even with a low mortality rate amongst our newborns, we waste a lot of currency with our Citizen Fee, which is currently set at a very generous 7 Yen. Our goal should be enough to get newborns started; enough to buy nutritious food until they reach skill level one.

However, many newborns quit without ever spending any of the Yen we give them to start. And, this is expensive, as a slow bleed from our treasury. This in turn, forces us to reissue the Yen that have gone to the grave with them..

Our current citizen fee far exceeds the basic requirement for good nutrition, and we do pay the price by printing more Yen to compensate when newborns quit without spending the Citizen Fee gift.

As your Ronin Congressman, it is my duty to point out the logical, the fair, the obvious. Expect no less of the Ronin.
