[One Piece Industries] Introduction & Christmas Give Away

Greetings everyone

I write in English to make this article universally read. As some of you already know, I have a taste for the economic part of the game, but I have never explored it much, until now.

I decided to create a small Start-Up, and do that business a litle more serious. As I do not use multis or reduced salaries, on the contrary, I pay allways more then the highest salary in the market, updating this value constantly, it becomes difficult to make a big profit, but let's say that my main objective is not to make a profit, Its to create a business comunity, keep the hobby active and not end up with loss.

I have companies strategically positioned where the bonuses are most effective: Houses in Venezuela, Air Weapons in Indonesia and Food / weapons in Poland and I always try to keep Tycon Pack active!

Greece being my country, I always keep products there for sale to stimulate the community market, but I am entirely open to business offers so that I can export my products to other markets, if those countries so choose, and are willing to support the license.


Advantages of being a worker:

- Salary constantly updated to a value higher than the maximum offered globally,

- The worker has the right to unlimited work: However, we do not advise you to work more than once every 1 hour, it drastically reduces your health, and we do not have life insurance.

- Being part of a community of workers who cross barriers, where the country they come from does not matter. Nobody here is anyone's enemy, we just do business!

- Access to sporadic and themed Give Aways that you will not want to miss.



Obligations of the worker

- Work AT LEAST 2x a day: Why? we're just looking out for your individual profit, working twice means using a Q1 house that allows you to work once more a day. The sum of the 7 extra worktimes that the house gives you is higher than the value of the house itself, which means that you are increasing your profit in addition to the other benefits that the house gives.

- Add me as a Friend. My objective with this is to keep a Collective PM active where some Give Aways will be announced, as well as it will be possible for you to make your complaints and suggestions. As I said, the whole purpose of this is to create a cooperative community.

- Respect co-workers in the collective message, business articles and all the means of collective conversation that can be created in the future


To have in count:

- Constant absence or failure to work at least twice a day will result in dismissal. We only allow Hard Workers to be part of this familly,

- This is only hypothetical, hopefully it will not happen, but for various possible reasons, it may happen temporarily that there is no money to pay salaries. If this happens, it will be resolved as soon as possible: the quickest solution to the previous problem may be a loan, in which case, if any of the workers is available to lend 100k cc in such situations, they will be returned in less than 24 hours with 5% commission.





Christmas Give Away announcement:

To celebrate this festive season, all workers will be entitled to a food bonus (amount under study) that will be given on Christmas Day. I think that if we are with those we like having food to share, Christmas becomes magical and fantastic. But who doesn't like some gifts?

Adding to the bonus, a draw will be made for 1 Token Pack XS (something around 390,000 cc, or half a 10€ pack).

Both: the Food Bonus and the possibility to win the raffle will only be valid for workers who have worked at least 2 times a day in the 6 days before Christmas!
