Join the new world

Good evening eIreland,
As the Christmas approaches my available time gets bigger each and every year. Since I feel like we could do much more with our small, but proud community it seemed like a perfect moment to run for Irish President. This would be my 7th term as Irish President so most of you already know what that looks like. Maybe I’m subjective, but it’s much different than usual terms. I always expect my Government to work harder than ever, to ensure people has the chance to change things. Most of my terms had referendums, summits, wars and alliance happenings. So far we’ve profited a lot from most of it, it surely helped building our reputation.



No person can be a good President without a quality Cabinet so I’ve picked the people I know will give their best to secure our happy future. As always, I’ll expect massive contribution and hard work from everyone involved in the Government and most of all I’m going to make sure people of Eire are well aware of what’s going on and why some decisions are being made. You'll notice that I'm still looking for few more people to get involved in making Ireland better place.


Vice President - Trito Fisher

He’s been around for a long time already and never, not even once he did something against Irish interests, he’s always active and never uses insults to people. His role as Vice President will be kind of a double role, I’ll use Vice President as Secretary of Home Affairs. Trito’s job will be to make sure internal things in eIreland are productive and inclusive to everyone who wants to make a change. One of the most important duties of Home Affairs is going to be to organise Dublin Communes, make list of active Irish citizens, organise National Summits and informs people about certain things.





Ministry of Defence - Open to applications


Ministry of Defence nowadays isn’t much more than article writing. Since there’s almost no strategy or tactics except for CO’s in this game I’ll be looking for someone who could make things interesting, or at least more interesting than the game allows. MoD’s duties are going to be to work on military plans and actions, keep people informed about our orders and coordinates our damage with our allies, but also with all the MU Commanders within Ireland. If you think you’d be a good person for this job...think twice. I need a strong labour person here, someone I can count on to be online almost all the time. Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Little Fishy


Little Fishy proved himself as one of the calmest and most rational Irish citizens, which is very important for MoFA position. Since I’m not nearly similar to those attributes I’m gonna need a person such as LF to keep me calm. Of course MoFA is going to be one of the most important duties in our new Government since I’ll be looking to re-establish some relations with friendly countries, sign more MPP’s and generally improve our relations with many countries.





Ministry of Education - Open to applications


Ministry of Education is very underestimated duty in the Governments. I strongly feel that this Ministry can do much more and has a huge potential. There’s always need for tutorials, there’s always a way to help someone in eIreland and this exactly is going to be a duty of Minister of Education. I’m looking for a person who can write well designed, simple and useful articles whose goal is going to be helping our citizens who still has problems with knowledge of game mechanics. Ministry of New Citizens is also going to work under MoEd because of the lack of new citizens in Eire. I’ll be looking forward to create national library of eIreland, articles about eHistory and much more. Anyone willing to apply - just drop me a message.





Ministry of Finances - Varon Azul


Varon has done a good job, he’s active and motivated to help this country and these are the facts we have to reward. Since we’re now in Dictatorship and the State works only with minimum funds made by taxes and donations we’ll be looking to increase the amount we make. It will ensure us more MPP’s which is basicly everything we’ve been spending on. State in general, when it comes to CO’s, army and other ‘bigger’ things has been funded privately by some individuals who care enough to give their part for Ireland. We’ll have few donation actions so everyone will be able to help out.





Ministry of Community - moomoohead


One of the nicest persons in eIreland on a role which suits him very well. He had several nice ideas and I won’t be the one who’s gonna stop him in entertaining eIreland. All I’m going to look for is to increase the amount of quizes, competitions, lotteries and such things.


Dictator - Sluagh


I’m listing Sluagh among the Government for a simple reason - he is too valuable to this country not to be in the Government. I wasn’t sure which duty to give him in the Government so we’re just gonna call him Dictator. However, in this term, Government is the only executive body of eIreland and Sluagh as Dictator (ingame) is merely button pusher. On the other hand, Sluagh (as person) is the type of guy I wanna have besides me always and forever for a simple reason. Amount of his work, his foreign friends and his personality are too valuable to eIreland to be made only a button pusher. He’s gonna be President Deputy. My right hand and El Dictator.




Some concerns has been raised about Dictatorship and decision making process last month. We’re in very complicated situation and while the Military Dictatorship has been in progress in eIreland there must be ways for people to get involved. So far we’ve had Dublin Communes which made sure people can discuss about things. However, there’s one thing which has been missing and that’s the right to vote. I’ll be looking to establish some rules so people can start a vote to change things. These votes will be respected and all those people involved in Dublin Communes will be the ones who are going to make decisions.

It’s our duty as Government to propose things, but things can also be proposed by any other person in eIreland. That’s ladies and gentlemen exactly what we wanted - direct democracy! One person has one vote and everyone can vote on everything. No important decision will be made without asking people because the people of eIreland are those who will take consequences of our decisions.

Anyway, Dublin Communes from now on will have more importance and we’ll be looking to add more people to Dublin Communes since we want more people to be involved, to contribute, to fight and to make Ireland stronger.

Another thing which is going to be widely used is National Summits. As always, I’m gonna organise the first national summit day or two after the elections, to discuss some stuff and to get general opinion about how we gonna act on several important issues such as foreign affairs, wars and similar stuff.



Without having a goal you’ll never have a successful term, or anything else in your life, or eLife…This game has changed a lot since I ran for President last time. I’ve checked some of my old candidacy articles and it always had goals which sounded very ambitious, nowadays most of those goals has already been accomplished and believe it or not, in this moment we’re one of the best small countries in the world. We have decent damage, organisation can get better, but our activity is on much better level than in some other (even bigger) countries.

My goals this term are going to be to determine our diplomacy, world is bipolar now again and we have to recognise that. Our job is to keep friends on the both sides, but diplomacy is going to be a key thing this month. We’ll need to make ourselves more useful to our allies. When you don’t know who your allies are this game kinda loses its main passion and that’s helping allies.

Involving more people in decision making process, making the Government much more active, having orders on all the time, direct democracy, coordination of our damage are another goals I’m looking to accomplish.

Anyway, you can expect a crazy term with many events, wars, changes and most of all lots of fun. How we gonna do that? It’s up to you to decide, I’m gonna ask what you guys want and to that. My opinion is that we have the strength to make some things happen, we just need to act united, we need to have goals and work our way to accomplish them. So, stand by my side on 5th December, I won’t disappoint ya.
