Ukraine Transfers 400,000 to Occupied Donbas

Let it be acknowledged to the public at large, and the people of Ukraine in particular:

The transfer of national wealth to a party outside of current Ukrainian domain is unacceptable for obvious reasons. Foremost, the Donbas should not be leased out to foreign powers, any more than any other territory of this country. To transfer nearly a thousand gold to occupied territory reeks of the collusion with foreign governments that such land-lease represents.
