Think Tank: Nationalizing the Means of Production

So this is going to be my sort of think tank, a probe of different ideas worth considering, at least at a glance. So imagine this...

What if all of Switzerland's active working population joined government owned companies to nationalize our production of both food and weapons? Imagine what we could achieve if ALL of our resources and manpower were zeroed in to manufacturing at this level.

Now obviously this concept should sound familiar with MOST people, but pertaining to the Swiss economy and marketplace, I think it may be worth experimenting with.

Now I should strongly note that eNorth Korea and others before it dabbled with effectively nationalizing the means of production. North Korea didn't necessarily put all manufacturing under direct government control, rather they incentivized North Korean companies to carry this out on their behalf. It had a great effect on the market and economy at that time - the price of then Q5 (different era) weapons plummeted, and there was no issue with supply. North Korea was becoming one of the largest manufacturers in the eWorld at that time, despite its meager population.

A percentage of profits were also then donated to a government trust that then reinvested that money back into the treasury on top of taxes (which were kept low). Not every company participated in this revenue stream, but it helped bolster the treasury and curb inflation, since at least at that time the amount of monetary in treasury correlated with in-game inflation. I have no idea whether that is still the case, or whether they've decided to dumb that system down. This sole fact here was one of the biggest draws for PTOs at the time. More money in treasury meant lower inflation, which meant cheaper prices, and more people able to afford higher quality weapons to wage war. Every country started with 1001 gold in their treasury, and before citizenship was established, this was a prize worth plundering for the betterment of their efforts towards world domination.

I dont understand "more money in treasury means lower inflation" 🤔🤔

The one major difficulty for state owned companies is that companies can only be placed in a citizen's account instead of an organization account as before. Even well meaning company administrators will have a nightmare separating personal finance/inventory to the state owned stuff.
The country could instead encourage personal owned work as manager companies, which will increase local market supply and increase vat and wam tax income. Another idea that can be done easily is to encourage Swiss people to work for other Swiss, so that their work tax will go to the Swiss (manager's country) treasury

All great ideas. The point is to start a conversation and draw ideas from fellow citizens like yourself. I do believe we should be starting an "All Swiss" sort of initiative where we should be promoting citizens to work for Swiss companies and buy Swiss made products.

One I have been doing for some months is exchange work with a friend, you work for me I work for you kind of thing, with agreed same salary. It has the benefit if me completing the daily challenge "Assign 3 workers per day" with just a few house and hrm companies, and no other worker. Unfortunately my current partner is non Swiss.
